Frosted coffee was good! A bit busy but always great food. Love the freebies and points you can earn. They were a bit slower today than usual. Today was strange, really busy so I get it but they ran out of pepper jack, that's ok but when they asked what cheese replacement, we told them and they handed us a container of cheese and our bag of food... Like, not a problem if I need to wait for you to add cheese but I do it myself?! Plus the sandwiches were in the large Mac and cheese container therefore smashed a bit... Still as friendly as always
I would give my recent visit 0 if I could. This was so ridiculous. I came in, and ordered chicken at drive thru. After waiting several minutes at the window walk out, they asked us to drive forward and park. After doing so, they shortly after have another car park next to us. Us and this car wait a minute while a couple cars leave the drive thru. The worker then came and gave the other car food. The other car left I watched 9 more cars leave the drive thru. At that point I finally got out and went inside where I proceed to wait more. When I finally received my food, James (in the blue shirt), did not provide a receipt with my order. When I got back to the car my fiance said she saw 5 more cars leave while I was in there. Absolutely ridiculous, no reason for this kind of service.
