Iām really disappointed with the mobile drive-thru experience at this Chick-fil-A. We placed our order through the app and paid for it, but apparently they donāt even start making the food until you arriveā which makes no sense if payment has already been processed. When we pulled in, they didnāt even have our order and didnāt bother asking for it until we had been sitting there for almost five minutes. Meanwhile, cars going through the regular drive-thru were getting their food quickly with no issues, so Iām not sure if they were understaffed or just not paying attention to the mobile orders. To make things worse, we had to wait another 15 minutes just for them to make the order and even get our drinks. The whole point of mobile ordering is convenience and speed, but this was the complete opposite. Definitely one of the most frustrating Chick-fil-A experiences Iāve had.

Parking can be a little weird as In-n-out is around the corner and not many people know to go around their driv-thru line. Wait time is minimal and the service is great, which makes up for that lapse in time you may wait.

Didnāt get a straw for my drink and it was the wrong drink anyways. Didnāt get any sauces I asked for either. Also was given the wrong receipt. Food was good tho

Unfortunately, they have a very slow drive-through and the time it took for them to get through three cars they had stopped serving breakfast š
I canāt remember the last time Iāve been to a Chick-fil-A who did not know how to run or operate a drive-through seamlessly. This was like going to a McDonaldās drive-through. Unhappy employee, very slow service and left with no food lol

We got a chicken sandwich, some nuggets and 2 sets of medium fries between my mom and I and the fries and sandwich were very cold and I asked for the sandwich to be remade very nicely and they did, but the second sandwich was still very cold. Overall, very disappointed.
All I can say is check your order. Today was the second time in a row where they messed up my order! I should have checked the order before leaving the drive thru, but it is a bit of a pain with three kids in the car.
Nothing like getting home expecting a spicy deluxe sandwich and all you have is a deluxe that is soggy, isn't spicy and to top it off doesn't have pickles.
