Updated to one star. Almost broke my neck in there this morning. It rained and combine that with the grease and it's a skating rink. Fix your s***.
You could skate across that floor It's so greasy between the counter and bathroom. Their excuse that they need a remodel doesn't cut it. How about cutting the grease with some vinegar. $3 fixes the problem. The first time somebody slips and sues your franchisee, you're going to be sorry you didn't listen to your customers. Fix the problem and stop making excuses

This was the nastiest Chick-fil-A I ever been to the quality of food is low the spicy chicken sandwiches I got had no flavor, and the keylime lemonade slush was nasty and I get that all the time other places everything was just thrown together and it was NO LINE. Hate wasting my money

Placed an online order and they gave us the wrong food. When I called to get my money back (because I was on break at work and I was unable to go back) they informed me they were unable to do that even though they took my money that way! Very unhappy! Yes it's $6 but it's the principal!

As a dasher, this place is rude , always dirty, and they don’t start your order until after you arrive - with total disregard for the dashers or del person’s time.
How come everytime I order through DoorDash I get the wrong sauce?? One or two time is fine but 80% of the dash order have the wrong sauce! It says ranch on the bag….

No one likes getting home to find you didn't get what you ordered. My son is missing his 5 count. Not worth the drive back, but definitely frustrating. Especially when I asked if it was all there. He reassured me it was. No one should have to double check what they just ordered 2 minutes prior. You can't have the chicken without the sauce. 5654

2 men were yelling & threatening to fight behind me in the drive thru yesterday. A young man from CFA ran out and dissolved the situation by using his words. The customers returned to their cars. The CFA employee advanced with these 2 cars until they received their food & left the drive thru. Very impressed! I had young children in the car and it was a great example of how to use your words and take courage!
