This was my first time ordering and it turned out terrible. The restaurant didn't follow my instructions of how I wanted my food or anything. When I didn't eat any of it and tried to get a refund they refused. I'll never try this place again, wasted $21 on a messed up

Been coming here for more than 30 years. The food is great but every time we get home there is liquid all over the containers. Instead of putting the dry stuff on top, they always put the wet stuff on top and it leaks all over everything. Half white rice, half mongolian rice.

BEWARE bad food and even worst integrity. If I could give negative stars I would. Not only did I got sick from beef which I quickly recognized to be bad after tasting a bite. I tried to pick out the beef to salvage the vegetables and identified a mushroom with mold (pictured). After work the very next day I returned to the restaurant and explained all. I even showed the photos and requested a refund. The workers understood but the owner refused because the food was not present. As pictured we threw the food out immediately. I supplied that photo and was then told I should have come right back. I shared again that the last worker confirmed we were the last customers and they turned the lights off and locked the door after we picked up our order. I will never support this business nor any other businesses I identify to have this same owner due to their lack of integrity and ownership of their wrong.

I have ordered twice from here and both times it was disappointing. I got the beef and broccoli tonight and the sauce had a powdery consistency and the meat was so fatty. I also got a side of vegetables, which they had a nice variety of them, but the sauce it was in was like a clear jelly that tasted terrible and made it completely inedible. My husband ordered pork fried rice, that was nothing but rice. Not a single veggie or piece of meat was to be found in it. Won't be ordering again.
I've been coming to China Way for 20 years since hs days and not once have I ever had a bad experience with the food!I was here today to see this, when this crazy lady walked inside the restaurant and literally threw her entire order on the counter screaming at the nice man manager and young lady employee. She was cursing and calling them awfu names and even said a racist word to the man manager. I couldn't believe it. Such a rude person she was! Their food has never been bad period! I being completely honest here. The store did nothing wrong. Plus over half her food was already eaten by her family members she said and had eaten half her own meal when trying to get a refund!Don't worry China Way you were very professional and did a great job handling this horrible situation! A+ to u and your employee for handling this!I am always coming back here.

this place is a joke. oil is old and rancid noodles are soggy with no sauce egg foo yung soggy mess in sauce that's way too salty. then they want to argue...in chinese. save your money and your sanity go somewhere else like Chen wok in Phoenix

I’ve been coming here for years and food has always been great..but for the past year everything has changed from management to staff and the food. Staff isn’t as friendly and Food doesn’t taste the same it comes out more oily and greasy now. I ordered pork fried rice and the pork smelled and tasted spoiled. I didn’t have time to go back because of work. I’m very disappointed and sad to say but I will not be coming back.

The food here is alright, much better than Pei Wei or Panda Express. The portions are GIANT (this one container cost $12 and fed me for three days). The employees are very nice. I did however find there isn’t much shrimp when ordering the steamed veggies with shrimp and chicken, and there were only about 6 shrimp in it. I also got to my fourth shrimp when I realized it hadn’t been deveined very well, so I don’t know if it’s just the one shrimp or more. Could just be the supplier. Building is a bit dated and most of the seating area is up some steps, with the rest being booths making it inaccesible to guess in wheelchairs.
