Horrible customer service. I ordered mobile app and they never made it. Tried telling me someone else probably came and grabbed it yet I saw the unmade ticket on the counter. Did not want to help at all. Told me Goodluck and cancel through app.

Ordered 2 burritos, was not tasty at all and very small. I did not get pictures. The work area was dirty, dirty. Food everywhere! Cashier was unfriendly and not really paying attention to my order but concerned more about a person outside. Will not be back.

Edit: Their bot and auto reply is cute and makes it look like they are trying to resolve the issue, but they just make you go to a website with a suggestion box. Auto responses with no intentions to make things better...
Guacamole and cheese were scraped out of one of our meals (the kids meal) and the employee kept saying really loudly and asking if I was accusing someone of eating my food. He threw a tantrum and went and served me the kids meal again in the same container and asked me if that was good enough and loud enough the people behind me started talking about what my problem was. What kind of service is that? Not to mention the food safety issue by serving it in the same container which appeared to have been tampered with. Oh, also, the kids milk was frozen solid and they didnt put red chimichurri which we paid extra for.

my boyfriend found a whole leaf in his food idk how but i’m sure he didn’t ask for it , as well as onion in mine which i didn’t ask for as well. the girl who took our order seemed to be in a rush for some reason but the guy at the register was amazing and nice. he’s the only reason id still go back tbh

Went in to place a to go order of 4 bowls. 3 of the 4 came with only 1/2 serving of carne asada because the person was too lazy to turn around and grab the cut meat from behind her. I said that was fine, just fill the rest with steak. She looked at me like I was crazy and said she already gave me carne asada. I have pictures to prove it. I did not have time to wait around, and did not want to inconvenience those in line behind me. Subpar, at best.

This place is the worst Chipotle in all of Arizona getting ahold of the customer service is absolutely impossible to get a resolution… my order was messed up I said the same thing at least 16 times.
