No compassion for a disabled customer who needed assistance with an order through the drive thru window. I was unable to walk into the store for a side of guac at the time.

Well. This used to be my favorite chipotle. The last few times, they just flat didn't listen when I spoke about what I wanted. I said I wanted steak and chicken. She just piled steak on it. Cool, no big deal I said that I wanted steak and chicken please, half and half. She piled chicken on. Sweet I guess i'm getting an extra portion. Then she grabbed the red triangle. I said no no, I want half and half, not double. SHe said "sorry I already made it" then passed it on to the person. I was dumbounded. I just finished letting them make my food that I waited 30 minutes to order, and left.

Small blonde with kind eyes, but a very rude attitude. I know it's the dinner rush but that was ridiculous. I paid an extra 4 bucks for her mistake. >:( I hate that this isn't the first time it's happened, but it'll be the last.

Unfilled my bowl then didn't add the protein. I paid extra and didn't get it. Then when I tried to calm there was no help the ai voice is useless and when u can finally get to the store they won't answer the phone

The last two times I have ordered pickup ahead were 20 min late and 10 min late to be ready at this location. Sloppily thrown together bowls and burritos. Tortilla was stale and crunchy, not the chipotle standard that I’m used to

Returned to lower my review. I don’t know why I keep coming back, convenience must be it, every time I show up this location has found a way to lower the bar. Chewy steak today, terrible portions

So stinking slow. They seem understaffed

Ummm for $12 bucks this is one of the worst plates ever served. There is no meat on it and the pieces it does have is not even cooked.

If you gotta have chipotle go to a different loacation. I rarely do reviews and out of 20 I’ve done I may have 1 or 2 that are not 5 star positive. This location is why chipotles will continue to drive stock down in ‘25. There’s no surer bet than tailing congress.
They only ever have one person working the counter. All the energy seems to go to order delivery services. Line out the door even at off times. Its too much for the one kid all alone at the counter. Portions are weak cause they are constantly near running out puting that poor kid in a shitty situation. Imma start driving a couple miles further if im craving C.

Here again. Thought I’d give the chipotle closest to my house another chance. I will be continuing to drive a mile (or whatever it is) down the road. This location consistently SUCKS.

I didn’t think it could get worse. If you see a similar review again it’s cause I’ve made another google account in order to do so. Maybe I’ve learned my lesson finally?

Went in today to get a chicken burrito, waited in line for the usual 20 minutes only to be told at the front that they were out of chicken. I asked how long until it was ready, I was told 5-10 minutes and was directed to wait in the lobby for it to be ready. Once it was ready I asked if I could either be serviced next or wait in line again. I was told I would have to wait in line again. Another 10 minutes go by and I finally get to place my order. The person helping me has no idea how to wrap a burrito and makes a mess of things and then scoops everything back into the tortilla and tries again. I get home to eat it and the loosely wrapped burrito causes the contents to go everywhere. If you have the choice, go to another location than this one some of the workers have no idea what they're doing and their customer service is absolute garbage. Definitely will not make the mistake of going here again.
