Chipotle Mexican Grill

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! I love Chipotle but never disappointed with the other locations. However, this is a second time that I am disappointed at this one. First time it was hair in my bowl, like someone’s beard got into my bowl and I had to throw it away. This time is a quality. The women scooped the LAST THREE LITTLE SCOOPS OF WHITE RICE that she had left in the container, which I would say that is less than a normal portion and rice is haảd and sticky. Then she came to take lettuce, the lettuce container is watery, ALL WATER GOT INTO MY BOWL TOO. It’s gross and I have to throw away my bowl. NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

We walked in and stood for 2 minutes until someone finally came to help us and he was rude when we asked a question about the rice he replied with a smart remake and our food was more cold then anything.. This place was slow and service was a one start

So, this was my first time at Chipotle. I was a disappointed concerning toppings. You pay extra for guacamole and queso sauce. I asked for both. Now, mind you, I see the commercials on TV all the time. The guacamole on top looks like a great topper, looks like about 4 large table spoons. So the girl puts on MY guacamole and I get about 1 table spoon. I stopped her as she closed the container and I asked her if she has ever seen the Chipotle commercial. I told her how much guacamole THEY put on and she said she can do that but I would be charged for each 'serving'.
My come away from this ordering is that the bowl on the commercal would cost me a minimum of $26-28 because they show a bowl with 5-6 EXTRA COST servings of guacamole to MAKE YOU THINK it is what you get.
I do not like deceptive advertising. I have not returned.

The Quesadilla machine has been down for a while now. We have come several times, and still, it's broken each time. The children's quesadilla, which they offer as a substitute, is barely a Quesadilla, very inadequate for an adult. It's always just a little too dirty here as well.

So I'm always honest in these posts because improvement is key to all businesses, the food got 2 starts because i came to eat here and the protein options were weak at 3pm, no business that had 2 customers in the lobby should be that poorly serviced. Service was a 3 because the 3 workers there kept glancing at each other like they were irate to be there, employment is a blessing of you don't like your job quit, and the atmosphere this is where I'm lenient .... the music 🎶 was lame... it was just really loud and weird.

I am extremely disappointed every time i come here, i have tried to give them a. chance, every time i order, my bowl becomes smaller and smaller for anytime. I ask for extra and they barely put any, and they barely give any more. People spend their hard earned money to buy this food, just for them to barely have anything to eat, it’s really unfair and disappointing and I will no longer be purchasing form this location from now on. You have lost my entire family as customers.

Worst chipotle ever. You ask for extra rice and beans and it looks like how a chipotle bowl should look. TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’d drive 10 miles away to go to a different one than go here again.The one with more is extra, the other one is normal. The worst chipotle experience ever.

Avoid this location.

Ordered a chicken bowl with extra on everything on the app. Got home and realized that nothing was extra except for the aggressive amount of sour cream and the bowl was not edible. Had to get money back from my credit card company because Chipotle customer service was making me drive back to the location for a refund.
