Chipotle Mexican Grill

Excellent Maxican food and service only improvement needed is not kept toddler chair or facility, so if any guest is coming with toddler it is quite difficult to manage toddler and dine-in into the restaurant

Tables and floor are dirty. It's 6 pm, but there are less than 5 people here so someone could certainly come clean. All food choices were available and everything is tasty.

Disappointing and hilarious male staff. I asked to sample the new chimichuri and young brown haired male looked like it was an odd request. He walked a few steps to the male manager and they had a brief discussion and finally gave one so I could try it. I had to ask for a chip unless I was expected to drink it.

My wife started to make here burrito and asked for them to put the chimichuri on it. This was a debacle because the you male had to stop to say it was an added charge for it. Just add it, still looking confused at me wife so she said here add this one, which was the sample I tried. He said, I cannot take that back…still confused I said, then can you just use one and add it?

Moving on, we had added queso in our burritos and this apparently was another anomaly. Here comes another huddle for the two males to figure out how to up charge. This was the most difficult process for a burrito! 🤣

My wife ordered chips, we finally sat down and she realized she had no salsa to go with them and I offered to go get a side which seemed like an impossibility after the struggle to try a sample or add the queso. I went back, grabbed a side of the pico and green and the young male slopped it into the containers and looked extremely annoyed. I just grinned at the cashier and said, “well he looks angry” 🤦‍♂️

EITHER THE OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION ARE SO CHEAP THEY STRUGGLE WITH SAMPLES AND ADD ONS THAT THEY ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING…..OR THEY HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Yes there are always two sides, and maybe they see their side differently, but this was by far the saddest experience from a Chipotle, nope, the only poor experience we have ever had. The food was still good, but the service was a bit rude. The young females at the start of the line and cashier were wonderful, welcoming and pleasant. The date of our visit was 10/18/2025 around 11:30AM.

Was shopping nearby so we ordered on the app. Order was ready upon pickup but had to ask for my Coke Zero bottle. Orders were correct. Win!

However, this location is dirty. Employees were standing around drinking sodas at a table, when they coulda got the broom out or been cleaning tables as I found only 1 cleanish table. Bathrooms were cleaner than the restaurant.

I’ve been to many Chipotle’s through many states. This one wins dirtiest award.

They never get my order right evetime i visit. Would like them to be more professional. The kids working there are extremely rude and vulgar. The wait was unreasonable.

Standard and proper - guacamole could be fresher.

They literally give you more sour cream than rice here. They don’t know proportions. Who wants to eat Chipotle soup? Not me.

Cue stomach ache. Never going to this location again.
