I would drive past this Chipotle to go to another one. Every time a bad experience, this time when I asked for corn there was only a little left so they dumped all the liquid into my bowl right in front of me, I got soup in a cardboard dish.
The steak looked like it was defrosted and just cut up didn't look cooked at all. They were running low on chicken and honey chicken and said that's all we have for today like seriously it's barely 3pm and you guys aren't making anymore chicken or anything like how can you run a business when they're running low or out of things and weren't going to prep or cook anymore. This location needs better staff, training, and customer service. Shame on the manager for actually running a business like this. I only stopped in because I was in the area so I won't be coming back to this location nor do I recommend people going to it.
Piss poor service, especially if you are ordering delivery. I got here on time for a delivery pickup. They told me it would take 10 minutes for a single burrito bowl. As they proceeded to put 3 out while I sat here putting in this very accurate review.
Would never subject myself to this place if I wasn't getting paid to do so.
This chipotle location is amazing!! It's always so clean and everyone working is always so kind (shout-out manager Miles!). Never a bad experience here 🤗.
I order a steak burrito and the gentleman in the back was cooking them, the lady upfront (her name is Natalie, she was giving him and me attitude, no line, no body behind me, 8:30 at night. I'm not sure why she was upset or in rush,I even paid before my food was ready, they were that slow. when she got the steak from him she went half portions , that's stealing from people. I was so frustrated with her giving a look to everyone who works there , why the guy mentioned that he's cooking and be ready soon.
I'm not sure who is the manager but I'm so disappointed at their customer service and front people in this chipotle. This has been happening many times and it's getting worse and worse. I'm wondering what happened to customer service these days, if you don't want to be in front, stay in the back so you don't have to deal with people. Don't rob people for what they pay.
Matt you are a nice guy , I suggest to find a better store like the one in Chandler Blvd or other place.
To the store manager of this store, I'm not sure what is your schedule but you better do something about your afternoon and evening people. I would understand if they were busy but the time I come in , there is nobody in the line. Extremely disappointed!!!!
Tried their new Spicy Honey Chicken in a bowl and it was very flavorful!

In my humboe opinion, Chipotle is way fresher and better for you than traditional fast food but if I looked at the ingredients would I be pleasantly or unpleasantly surprised??? 🤔😔

Waited almost 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready for pickup despite the store being empty. This is the 3rd time this has happened. None of the staff acknowledge you or ask what order you're waiting for. Once I got home with my order I was disappointed that my bowl was missing ingredients and the food quality wasn't what I'm used to from Chipotle. The meat was hard/inedible, ended up throwing it away.
10/10 Customer service, DeAndre was the best!!! Barbacoa was also PHENOMENAL, love that the meals are fully customizable.

Great food, giving it 4 starts because we waited a bit before being help, even though nobody was waiting. We were not acknowledged right away.

Came in around 6:25 to get a quesadilla and found out you can only order them in the app. No big deal ordered my daughter a quesadilla it says it will be ready by 6:40 in the app meanwhile my mom orders a salad while we wait. After she has paid they inform her that they are out of salad dressing. We wait for the quesadilla. 6:40 rolls around and they haven’t even started to make it. When we first came in and placed the order the store was empty. There’s a couple of people in line at this point but it’s not crowded at all. Get a message in the app at 6:45 that the food is ready. When I go up they tell me they are backed up and haven’t started it. I ask why does it say it’s ready and am told it’s on a timer to go off whether the order is actually ready. Finally at 7:00 we get our order and it was wrong. Wasn’t going to wait for them to fix it so we just suffered through. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Will never be back.

Horrible staff on January 16, 2025.
I came in for a DoorDash pick up and no one helped me. No one acknowledged me and one worker put other DoorDash orders out, but never asked me who I was picking up for.
