In my humboe opinion, Chipotle is way fresher and better for you than traditional fast food but if I looked at the ingredients would I be pleasantly or unpleasantly surprised??? 🤔😔

Waited almost 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready for pickup despite the store being empty. This is the 3rd time this has happened. None of the staff acknowledge you or ask what order you're waiting for. Once I got home with my order I was disappointed that my bowl was missing ingredients and the food quality wasn't what I'm used to from Chipotle. The meat was hard/inedible, ended up throwing it away.

10/10 Customer service, DeAndre was the best!!! Barbacoa was also PHENOMENAL, love that the meals are fully customizable.

Came in around 6:25 to get a quesadilla and found out you can only order them in the app. No big deal ordered my daughter a quesadilla it says it will be ready by 6:40 in the app meanwhile my mom orders a salad while we wait. After she has paid they inform her that they are out of salad dressing. We wait for the quesadilla. 6:40 rolls around and they haven’t even started to make it. When we first came in and placed the order the store was empty. There’s a couple of people in line at this point but it’s not crowded at all. Get a message in the app at 6:45 that the food is ready. When I go up they tell me they are backed up and haven’t started it. I ask why does it say it’s ready and am told it’s on a timer to go off whether the order is actually ready. Finally at 7:00 we get our order and it was wrong. Wasn’t going to wait for them to fix it so we just suffered through. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Will never be back.

So just want to state I left this review immediately after it happened chipotle responded and had me send this review to there customer service and they deleted my review so I am back with a lower stared review since they for some reason deleted it.

I came in for the first time in about 6 months, immediately said I'll have 2 Barbacoa burritos he started and asked again for the meat and toppings so l stated white rice,beans,and barbacoa then he proceeded to put 1/2scoop of a meat I asked for more since he hadn't put a full scoop then I told him for the rice and beans and Barbacoa on the other.
I went in to put the cheese and sauces on the first one while he was doing the second burrito then I went to pay while the second one was getting finished I saw the total was $50 and I was confused but I understood I got chips and guacamole and maybe they were stingy and over charged me for that "extra" scoop
But well they actually put smoked brisket into both of my burritos... I am stunned though it was fine to eat it was a very different taste an $2 more than the meat I get that is already one of the more expensive meats they offer. I just am in aw of the fact I swore I told him 5-10 time that the first and second had Barbacoa and the best part is they charged me for a second scoop aswell on the other burrito even though that one had not a lot of meat. I am definitely going to stick with Cava I called and the manager stated I could have a full refund for my inconvenience. So I am very grateful and I hope they have better employees who learn the correct meats and not try to over charge a young woman who won't say something when the totals a little higher than it should be. So when I went back in, it was the same two men that checked me out and I had to explain to them what happened and I guess the woman who I called didn't write my name down like she said she would and they were all very confused because she told no one that she was giving me a refund I spoke to one manager he got confused and gave me a refund for one side of Brisket when I didn't want brisket in the first place and either of my burritos. Then, when I asked to speak to his general manager, she came out and she was sweet, but she asked if I had my burritos still mind you it has been around two hours. I threw them away. I do not have them. Why would I have my burrito still after I called and you told me you would give me a full refund for my order or comp My full next order It is very unprofessional and highly unorganized and it makes me shake that I had to go through all back and fourth and walk out check my receipt to see how much he refunded me like he didn't say anything to me about how much I was getting refunded and then was shocked when I walked back up and asked for his general manager of that even though I already called to clarify the situation and to get my refund or the burritos remade or something because I just spent $50when my total should've been around $35.Lastly when the general manager was giving me my final refund She stated to me that oh well next time just try to make sure you tell them to put the right meat in So I stated to her that no you obviously are still confused because you're I told your employees over 10 times to put Barbacoa in both my burritos and they still charged me and put brisket in my burritos even though brisket never came out of my mouth.

Showed up just at 6pm, place was empty, one person in front of me, went to order and it was 5-10 minutes on chicken and 10-15 on steak. Ordered mobile, ran a quick errand, got the notification food was ready. Showed up waited. When finally getting food, it was made incorrect and had to have them remake(which was prompt to their credit).

Working fast food is a hard job, and I make every effort not to be that person. We have been coming to this Chipotle for years and never had an issue until today. I was waiting in line and a crew member was “cleaning” the dining room, sweeping the floor… then using the same broom to sweep off the tables. He left and I figured he was going back to get some cleaning solution… nope. He hopped back behind the production line to help. I left.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid and I'm still not disappointed by their service. I received a very generous portion (didn't order extra of anything), staff were easy-going and friendly. I was in and out within 2 minutes and on my way. This location far exceeds the store on Chandler Blvd. which was a completely opposite experience.

Ordered online to pick up on a long day. Chips where super salty and stale. Portions of the food bowls were half of the the to go containers. Never going to this location again. Hope you people read all these bad reviews and stop going to this location.
