I placed a pick up order and all three sides were missing. It wasn’t even busy they just didn’t include the sides. They were definitely on the receipt, they just weren’t in the bag.

This location is terribly ran. The place is filthy and it’s a new staff every time you come in. And they’re always out of something today, it was both white and brown rice. Go to a different location.

This place is close to the office. I come here once in a while. It’s got to be on of the worst ran location. They are always out off items. Today they were out of: brown rice, honey Chicken, Adobe Ranch pork, and 2 different type of lemonade type drink. I won’t be back and if I were you I would find a different location that can actual manage thr restaurant. P.s I ordered double steak and I got less than I do with a standard order at other locations. $17 later for a standard steak bowl.

All the (2025) 1 and 2 star reviews of this location are 100% accurate. Do your future self a favor and choose a different location. I tried to share my (similar) experience with a lengthy write up, but when I finished, instead of the review sending, my phone must have glitched because everything just disappeared and I don't have the energy to rewrite my whole horrible experience. So just read what everyone else has been saying: portion sizes are ridiculous (not even half a regular size... More like 1/3), staff is snarky & argumentive and stand around talking and laughing behind the line instead of cleaning or putting forth a professional or helpful customer service appearance, dining room was dirty, bathrooms were dirty and out of soap, the silverware/napkin/soda area was dirty and out of products, even the patio garbage around it (and the day I was there it was 110 degrees out, so of course no one was on the patio, so the garbage had been out there for who knows how long). I was the only customer in there for a good portion of the time I was there. At most, they had 2 extra tables occupied (at times) while I was there. So it isn't like they were busy doing anything else to attend to the state of the place. But my biggest complaint, by leaps and bounds, is the ridiculous portions sizes (of everything) and the rude and snarky behavior of at least one of their staff. This is my second bad experience at this location. I waited 5 or 6 months to try it again, hoping time would fix things. Time has only exacerbated all the issues at this location. I can't imagine the franchise owner or general manager being unaware of how this place is run and all the 1 star reviews. Staff/location problems like this don't develop overnight.

The staff does not seem like they want to be there. But I've noticed that in most restaurants since I moved to Maricopa this year from, Chandler. They also seemed very irritated when I ordered plain rice. Not sure why that's an issue. But I have to say that beef barbacoa is something pretty delicious. If you haven't tried it yet, go get some!

Horrible experience at this Chipotle. The place was filthy — every table dirty even though it was completely empty at 2:25 PM. Staff were a group of teenagers moving slowly. I asked them to clean our table, and one girl just looked at me like I was bothering her. Meanwhile, my food sat out while they searched for corn. I honestly felt like I might get sick eating there.
In the end, I had to clean my own table using hand sanitizer from the bathroom and bathroom napkins, while she just stood there watching. Disgusting. I do not recommend this location.

I would drive past this Chipotle to go to another one. Every time a bad experience, this time when I asked for corn there was only a little left so they dumped all the liquid into my bowl right in front of me, I got soup in a cardboard dish.
