Soupy bowl I drained some out and it’s still full of whatever this is waste of money

Went in and got a double chicken burrito for lunch. Got about 3 or 4 oz of chicken all together. Burrito was the smallest burrito I've had from Chipotle in years and supposedly was double meat. Do I have to ask for triple or quadruple meat and spend 9 extra dollars to stop them from worrying about food costs???? The workers aren't the problem management's concern on food cost over quality of service is the reason the whole TikTok Chipotle trend happened who up for round two?

We order from this location regularly, but tonight was the worst we’ve ever had. My salad had about 4 pieces of lettuce, they didn’t add the cheese to my salad, the chicken on my husbands bowl was burnt. And the worst part of all was the chips. Usually one of my fav things. They were STALE. And there’s a pile of chips in front of me that were completely inedible. Not sure what happened today :(

Got the kids meal tacos and it was more meat than I got in a burrito bowl ! Highly recommend the tacos

Let me tell you .. I went to this location right before it closed at 10:45pm. Was allowed to try the honey chicken before I buy. The young man who made my chicken bowl was extremely nice and definitely heavy handed with the toppings 😂. I will definitely be back . I devoured the bowl so I don't have a pic but if u know u know .... ❤️

Very stingy with the meat. I paid $35 for 2 burritos with extra meat and they barely put any. Meat portions are a joke

Had an amazing experience at Chipotle, and Mariam made it even better! She was super friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, and her service really stood out. Definitely coming back!

Just paid $14 for the world’s smallest bowl of chipotle with double chicken. Used to love coming here but portion sizes are ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

They have the cheese sauce right next to the steak and it drips over the edge into the steak. The steak is not dairy free. Bozos

Ordered online for drive thru pickup to be ready at 9:50. Was at the window at 9:45 as my order said it was already ready. i sat at the window for TWENTY-FIVE minutes before they came to window and “didn’t know” i was sitting there (with 3 cars behind me). Did not get my food until 10:10. when i finally got to eat it, my burrito was cold and my boyfriend’s bowl was only half filled. my side tortilla was crumpled up in a ball. definitely NEVER coming back here again.

talked to the customer service chat agent and all they could do was give me a free side of guacamole & chips, which definitely does NOT make up for 25 minutes of my time completely wasted. wish i could give 0 stars.

I ordered a burrito bowl with smoked brisket and extra brisket. I hardly got a full serving of brisket plus it was lacking in the black beans. The cost for extra brisket was outrageous. I will never order from this chipotlane again. I picked up my food on my lunch break and when I got back to the office I saw my portions. I couldn’t go back to the restaurant so I tried calling. They have an automated system that makes it impossible to get a hold of a real person. And the chat not online was no help at all.
