Very stingy with the meat. I paid $35 for 2 burritos with extra meat and they barely put any. Meat portions are a joke

Had an amazing experience at Chipotle, and Mariam made it even better! She was super friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, and her service really stood out. Definitely coming back!

Just paid $14 for the world’s smallest bowl of chipotle with double chicken. Used to love coming here but portion sizes are ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

They have the cheese sauce right next to the steak and it drips over the edge into the steak. The steak is not dairy free. Bozos
Ordered online for drive thru pickup to be ready at 9:50. Was at the window at 9:45 as my order said it was already ready. i sat at the window for TWENTY-FIVE minutes before they came to window and “didn’t know” i was sitting there (with 3 cars behind me). Did not get my food until 10:10. when i finally got to eat it, my burrito was cold and my boyfriend’s bowl was only half filled. my side tortilla was crumpled up in a ball. definitely NEVER coming back here again.
talked to the customer service chat agent and all they could do was give me a free side of guacamole & chips, which definitely does NOT make up for 25 minutes of my time completely wasted. wish i could give 0 stars.

I ordered a burrito bowl with smoked brisket and extra brisket. I hardly got a full serving of brisket plus it was lacking in the black beans. The cost for extra brisket was outrageous. I will never order from this chipotlane again. I picked up my food on my lunch break and when I got back to the office I saw my portions. I couldn’t go back to the restaurant so I tried calling. They have an automated system that makes it impossible to get a hold of a real person. And the chat not online was no help at all.

Store Manager Kathy or Kathryn has been extremely rude to myself and my son who previously worked there in 2023 through early 2024. Her most recent rude comment was calling my son lazy when he was a paying customer just trying to get a lunch.
I will also be reporting other behaviors to Chipotle Corporate

Dirtiest lobby i have seen in a chipotle. None of the tables were clean. Rice was not cooked it was crunchy and not very much flavor.
