The last month or so has been terrible. The rice and beans have been beyond undercooked.We just went there again yesterday to try and see if it was any better and what a mistake!! The guy stirred the rice gave it a funny look and still put it into our bowl. I about cracked a tooth on how hard and undercooked this rice was. When you want to go to one of the worst possible Chipotles that exist in the Phoenix Metro area, this is definitely the one to choose. Every employee here does not care about literally any level of customer service. It is a guarantee every time you stop in that your burrito will be made with the most haphazard mwthod and least level of care and that they will probably be out of something if not a few things. I don't think I've ever seen more than 1 or 2 clean tables either. A problem every single time Like A Clockwork for years now.

If you're thinking about coming here, do yourself a favor and DON'T. I've never written a review before let alone a bad one but I have to let the people know about my experience here. The reviews are true. The staff and management here have absolutely the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Management does not have a clue about how to run a business. Could not even be bothered to answer the phone about basic simple questions. Is hardly ever there to begin with and the store is ran by a bunch of kids with horrible attitudes. Yes I am going to name-drop specific people; Juliet and Samantha are by far some of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure or working with but also just meeting in general. If you try to make lighthearted conversation they ignore you or glare at you. Rolled her eyes so much at me I'm surprised her eyes didn't roll out of her head. I was called "fvcking stupid" my second day of work because I didn't understand her very poor directions. Was told to hurry multiple times even though it was literally my second day and i'm still learning everything. I was also made fun of, (called little) and talked to like I was stupid the whole time. Mind you I have done nothing but try to help around and do my job and remain with a positive attitude as long as I could. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a work environment before and I let management know and they do not care. Yeah if i could give a rating it would be a zero. You're better off going to a different location.

This used to be our favorite Chipotle when it first opened, the guys that worked there were awesome and friendly. Sadly, it's gone downhill. I don't think the person who makes our drive-through pickup order even reads what we ordered half the time. Three orders ago, they forgot my guac, which we already pay extra for. Forgot our extra tortilla. We never get beans and ask for a little more rice, and they never give extra rice. And for some reason, they ALWAYS forget the apple juice for the kids' meals. It's just constant, and I have never called to complain, but it's been a consistent thing of them always forgetting at least one thing. Tonight, my husband ordered and paid for double steak, and it literally looks like they put half a scoop. The drive-through is not convenient when they are constantly forgetting something.

The reviews are true. I’m new to the area and decided to try my local chipotle. Ordered online and got a steak burrito with some guac. Burrito was tinier (half the normal size) than usual and the chips were stale. :(

Check your catering order before you leave the store. Spent $52.95 for an add on of dips and chips and we were missing two of the four salsas (red and green). No one at the store would answer the phone. Called corporate and they wanted me to leave the office to pick up the missing salsa which was not an option. They ended up refunding $26 but I just wanted the salsa.

I'm really not a fan of this location. They're very skimpy , I had to ask 3 times for more beans. The floors are dirty. I was told their was no queso by two employees then a 3rd brought out more as I was paying for my food. The managers just stand around even when it's busy.Ordered delivery a year later. Incorrect ingredients and smallest burrito I have ever seen. Dropped from two stars to one.

I ordered 2 bowls for my daughter and I via delivery and did not realize it was this location and not the one on Gilbert Rd. I should have cancelled the order when I realized it, but after working a 14 hour nursing shift without eating I didn't have the energy to do so. This is NOT the first time I've had issues with portion sizes and accuracy of my order from this location, however, this is the worst! My bowl was tiny, all undercooked rice, a couple of black beans, no guac, a dab of sour cream, 4 pieces of lettuce, 4 small pieces of steak, no sofritas, etc. So much for loading up on my proteins post workout and work before getting some sleep. My daughters bowl was also small. She added sour cream and salsa from home. I'm so done with this location.

I spent 40 minutes trying to log in to the app. It asked me repeatedly to enter the verification code that was supposed to be sent to me by text. The code never came. I called app support. After 20 minutes of failure the agent told me to wait 15-20 minutes and try again. Then the agent wouldn't hang up to let me provide feedback. I left without eating, unhappy.

The parking was really packed I was only trying to pick up an order ... may I suggest adding notes to online orders I like to get the green chili but it makes the burrito soggy so I wanted it on the side there is not way to note that on the app so I asked a girl if she could get me some for my order she told me to wait in the line ? oh God but then she just asked one of the front girls so I'm just waiting and I didn't even get my drink but then I remind her and I grab some sprit and head back to work just to find out it's just plain carbonated water ? I think I just won't come on lunch during the rush again

Indifferent service, sloppy burrito and just didn't feel welcome. No customers but staff rushed me through. I wondered why I was served as a to go order until I sat down and realized that not only couldn't the cover either end of my burrito with foil but they blew out one end. Only lucked out that it was the end less covered oitherwise it would have been a disaster.
