Tried their Dubai bar. They do not temper their chocolate at all so it gets melty and sticks all over you. Your name has Chocolate in it and you can't properly temper it? Expected more for a small expensive chocolate bar from a chocolate place .

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE.

I placed an online order and was told it would arrive in about an hour. After waiting, I called the delivery driver, who said they were still on the way. Then I get a text saying “sorry the store was closed.” Thirty minutes after that, my order was canceled through Uber Eats.

The next day, I called the store to explain the situation. A girl answered (later I found out her name is Maria), and instead of helping, she kept repeating that there was “no way” they could give me a refund and that I had to come pick it up myself. I explained that I paid for delivery, but she told me to go contact Uber instead.

So I did Uber said the store had to contact merchant support in order to issue the refund. I called the store back, and again, Maria insisted there was “no way” they could refund me or deliver (even though I didn’t ask for it to be delivered again). I said I’d come pick up the food but still wanted the delivery fee back. She hung up on me. Amazing customer service, right?

I eventually picked up my order (which had clearly been sitting out for a while and stored in fridge last minute), it was soggy, and had a strange texture completely inedible. Honestly, the whole experience was ridiculous. And they straight up took about $8 delivery fee from me and I have no idea how to get it refunded, but in the meantime: save yourself the frustration and don’t order online from this place.

Ordered 2 lattes that were not drinkable, both amounted to no more than STRONG coffee over ice, we were handed an assortment of sweeteners and half and half creamer cups to stir in. Awful.

I had a great experience overall at Chocolate Bash. Came in earlier today around 7 P.M.. The food was great and it came out very fast. Although, the young lady taking my order seemed to be in distress. She seemed super stressed out and sad, she had tears all over her face. I hope she gets better!

Reason for my review is for the bad service my fiancé and I experienced today 09/17. We got to the store and the entrance was opened, but there was no employee in sight. We waited for 10 minutes and finally a girl showed up, but with horrible attitude. She was giving us snotty face expressions the whole time while we were ordering. We hardly come to Chandler, but when we do, we look forward to visiting Chocolate Bash, but sadly this experience ruined it.

I stopped by the Chandler, AZ location. I preordered chocolate and even came early for pick up. My chocolate was both different flavors, One white and one chocolate, I wasn’t aware of this at all. My chocolate was melted (I opened while still in shop) and there was little to no pistachio filling. I am very disappointed. I reached out to Chocolate Bash I was ignored and blocked through instagram.

Super sad the first time we came we had a great experience, the curly haired girl working the front was super kind and helpful. Every other time since then we have been helped by other employees who are down right rude and don’t take down your order correctly and over charged us like crazy. This last experience they refused to take our order because they were “about to close”, my husband was there 15-20 minutes before close. They turned away three other customers in line as well. Great food but the customer service makes me not want to ever go back.

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break. Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us? It was a really bad experience going there.

Greatly appreciate the quality and presentation of the Mother's day delivery order. The lava cake box with dipping sauces and side item was a perfect surprise for Mother's day dessert.
