Dined in with a very polite staff. Good was good and prepared in a timely manner. Particularly enjoyed the knishes since you can't get them anywhere in the east valley.

I can not rate anything else because we did not get any service. 12:00pm on a Friday and not many people seated. Have drink order after asking for a server and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes (never got)Told the young lady we were leaving because we got no service and her reply was “sorry for that have a nice day “
Zero score for ole Chompie’s

My husband wanted to try this place and I was prepared to only have a drink as someone with celiac disease.
Apparently Chompie's used to have a gluten-free menu but no longer have a separate menu nor do they have a marked menu. Unfortunately the website doesn't reflect this information and still displays a "gluten-free friendly" page with information about accessing their gluten-free menu. Today their website reads:
"You’ll find the scrumptious gluten-free goodies you’ve been craving on our restaurant menu and at our bakery counter.
Our gluten-friendly menu was created with gluten allergies and gluten sensitivity in mind. Browse our Menu for gluten-free friendly menu items as well as selections on our Kids' Menu.
You may also order gluten-friendly items from our online store."
The waiter told me that although they don't have a gluten-free menu anymore, the omelets are just cracked eggs with no additives like other famous breakfast chains. He said they could make an omelets gluten-free as long as my side was fruit because the potatoes are t celiac-safe.
I had the $16.28 chorizo con queso omelet with a side of fruit and a gluten-free bagel. I asked that they neither toast it nor cut it to prevent cross contamination. They brought me a serrated knife to cut it myself.
My husband had a not gluten-free pastrami sandwich for $15.99 and he liked it.
Overall, my meal was fine but I wouldn't come here as a celiac by myself. There's just way too much gluten that could potentially cross-contaminate the meal.
As an aside, one thing that bothered me that wasn't food related was that their male busser was listening to music and then having a facetime conversation with a woman with his phone tucked into his hat. I don't care if staff listens to music provided they're using headphones. Nobody wants to hear a facetime conversation or someone's music on a cell phone in public.

We went for breakfast. It was delicious and service was really good. In fact our server Jessica remembered us from our first time of trying Chompies. She even remembered where we sat before. So food great. Service and atmosphere pleasant and comfortable! We will return!

I stood in the front waiting to be seated for nearly 10 minutes. I was getting ready to leave a note and walk out when someone finally came from out of the back to seat me. This place used to be so much better. I don't know what happened

We are from out of town and picked up the Thanksgiving whole turkey dinner. Very good. Everyone enjoyed it. Turkey was perfect. Fully cooked, not dry after heating it up. It's very flavorful, and I am not usually a "turkey fan."

Stopped in on a Saturday. Susan was our server. She did an awesome job. The food was very tasty& the portions are huge. My husband got the country breakfast- he described the biscuits as "perfect". I had the hash and you get a full size bagel with breakfast. I think Susan thought I didn't enjoy my coffee, but I just enjoyed my food so much that I had no room for a refill of coffee

Food is awesome but they are understaffed, and you will be waiting a while for your food to come out! The staff is friendly, just not enough of them!
If you like desserts they have a huge selection in glass cabinets that you will find hard to pass as you're leaving!
We went at 6pm on Monday night!
