My wife and I went to CHoP Chandler for Valentine's Day. I knew it was going to be busy, so I made a reservation, which was super easy and very convenient. Our table was ready as soon as we got there, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. (Special shout outs to Karissa, our server, and Matt, who came by to check in with us a few times during the evening -- they were both incredible!)
There was a specialized menu just for Valentine's Day, but if that menu is any indication, the food there must be amazing all around. We each got one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert, and every single thing we ordered was nothing short of phenomenal. Between the two of us, we had a Caesar salad (one of the best I've ever had), Korean beef skewers, filet mignon (cooked perfectly at medium rare), the best scallops I've ever tried in my life, red velvet cake, and bread pudding.
The food was filling but not heavy -- we left feeling like we'd gotten our money's worth but not bloated or sluggish from all of it -- and considering the fancy menu and ambiance, the cost was well worth the quality of the meal. I cannot recommend this place enough for a date night. It was perfect, and my wife is still over the moon about it!

We had reservations for over a month waiting to try the Chop for Valentines day. We were seated in a very dark and loud booth. Neither of us were very hungry and are both trying to eat lighter meals. We decided to share one of the most expensive items on the menu, not price was a factor ($96). It was a 20 oz. ribeye which was part a 3 corse meal with an app & desert, plenty for 2 people. The waiter told us we were not aloud to share, he would have to charge us for the second meal. We said fine we'll just have a couple of apps and the drinks. The waiter said we would have to charge you $75 for the minimum meal. We paid for our drinks and left, ruining our Valentines plans because we wouldn't eat enough food. Building a repeat customer base should be more important than meeting your quota for the evening. We will not return.

This is the first time when we have shared that the food was split in the kitchen. Instead of an extra plate, they split everything in the kitchen. The porkshop was sliced in half it was thinner and a little tougher than in the past The ambulance was great. The host was delightful. Our server also although we felt like she was handling more tables than necessary.

We had a great experience at Chop. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered filet, ribs, and ribeye. Filet was very tender. Ribs and ribeye were great. All the meat was flavorful and cooked right. For sides we had the smoked gouda mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, baked potatoes, and duck fat fries. All were very good.

Awesome atmosphere. Whoever selects the music is amazing. I thoroughly enjoy the 90s R&B jams. Excellent service. Very good portion sizes. Strong drinks. The char on my steak was just a tiny bit overpowering but the temperature was perfect.
Hands down one of the best experiences we've had for my son's birthday. The service was amazing, the food was phenomenal and experience was memorable! A huge thank you to Executive Chef Diego for the exceptional food and coming to our table 3 times to check in and wish my son a happy birthday!

The service was great, everyone was so nice! But the food was awful, other than the brussel sprouts and bread pudding. Everything tasted like lighter fluid, my aunt had to send her seabass back twice because it was cold and looked like raw chicken on the inside. We won’t be back but the staff was very nice!

Had a reservation for 7:30 but didn't get seated until 8 PM for a 1.5 hour max service (serviced ended at 9 PM due to NYE) Food was rushed. Entrees came out before appetizers were finished or appetizer dishes has been cleared. Shared NY strip which was split length wise but no 2nd plate was provided. Entree plates were cleared before aides were completed. Steaks were priced at premium steakhouse price but were mediocre grade.

King Salmon and Argentine Skirt steak were fabulous and hot..!! Baked potato could have been a lot warmer, preferably hot itself. Bread is not included, don't assume it is... but when I say it's the very best and worth the price, I'm not exaggerating.. good crowd for NYEve, reservations ensured quick seating. Cocktails (Lemon Drop and a microbrew) were quick and cold..! Will be back again..!
