I went here for the first time for a birthday dinner with my friends. We love steakhouses and this blew our expectations away. Noey, our server, was THE BEST. She was extremely knowledgeable and never forgot about us. Super nice and patient. Her service really magnified the overall food experience. She is the GOAT.

I had originally reserved a high top table for a large group. They were kind enough to move us to tables when the group next to us started getting a little rowdy. The service was excellent, refills were plentiful and timely, and they had THE BEST bread pudding I've ever had. It was an overall excellent experience.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We have been to Chop many times & I have to say the last few times times we have seen such a decline. Let me start with the AWFUL service, we waiting 15 minutes for our waitress & then another 15 minutes for 2 glasses of wine.. they were not even busy! For a place like this to charge high prices which only includes 1 side & will charge $12.00 for table side bread. The menu has changed for the worse,- No mash potatoes?? Chop has definitely lost its touch.

Food was just ok. Two ripple in our party had the skirt steak special and it was just ok. The other person had the filet and said it was just “good.” I had the scallops though and they were excellent but only had 4 and some cheese grits, no veggies as it said on menu. We had the wagyu appetizer which was horrible but the server made it up to us with this wonderful bread pudding. I know all food and groceries have gone up everywhere but for the prices of these local steakhouses, the quality should be better. The wine selection was good though and the old fashioned was wonderful

This is a real jem , food is incredible the service is one of the best in town the atmosphere is very cozy and romantic at times. Great selection of steak choices prepared to perfection ! One of our favorite when we are in Chandler .

From the moment I walked in the mood was set. It was very dark, and very loud. I came with my girlfriend for her birthday and it was pretty okay at most. We started off with bang bang shrimp which was so crunchy it had no flavor. Then I got the 16oz ribeye done rare, and it came out still mooing. My girlfriend got the salmon which i tried and it was amazing. The Mac and cheese was dry and bland but the duck fat fries were amazing. Our service was excellent but the food was lacking the quality I was looking for.

Hubby and I went here for date night. The ambiance was perfect! Very sensual. We shared the King Charles steak with the brussels sprouts and duck fat fries. Service was awesome and restaurant was very clean. Very classy place and perfect for date night.

We thought chopped was a nice place very friendly. Even when if you run a little late they give your reservation away after 15 mins. We'll today we show up early 5 mins early and waited 45 mins to seat while they held a table for people who where 32 mins late. Other Reservations where seated before us until I asked to speak to managment. And they where very rude and condescending. Would recommend this place with a party larger then 4 and guest who are from out of town.

Better than average food. Not 100% sure it was worth the price. Service was so-so, definitely not on par with the high end steak house prices being charged. Atmosphere was the biggest downfall. Way too loud and obnoxious, and then all of a sudden the place cleared out at once. More sound absorbing materials would be appreciated.

I attended a corporate dinner here. There were 15 of us, and everybody was impressed with this restaurant. Our service was top-notch, with a waiter full of energy and at our service at all times. The service was very quick from ordering to the point where we received our meals, especially given the incredible presentation of each plate. Hands down, this is the best pork chop I have ever had. Their steaks, fish, and all other plates looked amazing on our table. This is a higher-end place with higher end pricing and absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have the cash. The food and service are superior. This restaurant was full during our visit at 6:30, and parking was snug but available. It's a lower lighted restaurant, which made it tough to read the menu and see the food, that would be my one suggestion is to up the lighting. It was a beautiful restaurant however.
