This is the first time when we have shared that the food was split in the kitchen. Instead of an extra plate, they split everything in the kitchen. The porkshop was sliced in half it was thinner and a little tougher than in the past The ambulance was great. The host was delightful. Our server also although we felt like she was handling more tables than necessary.

We had a great experience at Chop. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered filet, ribs, and ribeye. Filet was very tender. Ribs and ribeye were great. All the meat was flavorful and cooked right. For sides we had the smoked gouda mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, baked potatoes, and duck fat fries. All were very good.

Hands down one of the best experiences we've had for my son's birthday. The service was amazing, the food was phenomenal and experience was memorable! A huge thank you to Executive Chef Diego for the exceptional food and coming to our table 3 times to check in and wish my son a happy birthday!

The place has amazing food and people. The atmosphere is quiet even when they started to fill all the seats it wasn't loud like other places.

Had a reservation for 7:30 but didn't get seated until 8 PM for a 1.5 hour max service (serviced ended at 9 PM due to NYE) Food was rushed. Entrees came out before appetizers were finished or appetizer dishes has been cleared. Shared NY strip which was split length wise but no 2nd plate was provided. Entree plates were cleared before aides were completed. Steaks were priced at premium steakhouse price but were mediocre grade.

King Salmon and Argentine Skirt steak were fabulous and hot..!! Baked potato could have been a lot warmer, preferably hot itself. Bread is not included, don't assume it is... but when I say it's the very best and worth the price, I'm not exaggerating.. good crowd for NYEve, reservations ensured quick seating. Cocktails (Lemon Drop and a microbrew) were quick and cold..! Will be back again..!

Our steak was superb - a perfectly seasoned filet cooked to temperature. Brussels sprouts were so good. I wish I could say the same about the asparagus. It was stringy and tasted burnt. Our server was attentive and personable. We were dining out for a special occasion and the ambience and food made it very special.

Food was good, a little greasy on the veggies and the sun dried tomato paste was really salty but the Chilean sea bass was cooked to perfection and the Brussels sprouts were delicious. Ribeye was a little too charred and somewhat dry for a medium rare steak, but the bread pudding dessert was delicious.

We have dined at this restaurant many times over the years and always enjoyed the food a great deal. Last night we were celebrating a special birthday and, sadly, the food was a big disappointment. The steaks and pork chop were grossly over-charred (burnt) on the outside, while being somewhat undercooked inside. The pork chop was very tough and lacked flavor. The baby back ribs were also a disappointment because they were way over sauced, with the sauce slapped on after cooking the ribs. Previously our experience with all of these dishes far exceeded last night dinner. I appreciate that a restaurant will change up the menu occasionally, but they left off the best items (short ribs for one) and executed the items they had very poorly. The prices are quite high and the poor food quality made our dining experience a BIG disappointment. The server was nice but failed to check back after the food arrived in time for us to have the wine we wanted with our food. In the past the restaurant has been busy any night of the week, but last night they were slow, which is understandable now. I doubt we will be revisiting Chop Chandler again.

Matt has to be the best sever I've had! He has been my server when I've done private events for work, and he was our server when we were just in with friends at a high top, and he's amazing in both settings. Don't let the hair and tats fool you!

About 10 people in the establishment, it took 30 minutes to get our food. Once complete, asked for the check. After waiting another 15 minutes, I had to ask for my check again. Place is very pricey, I would expect service to much better when spending 85 on a filet...

Two double woodford whiskeys for $72 seemed excessive. Our server was great and the food was delicious. There are higher end restaurants for the same money.

Chop is always good, friendly staff and management, good cocktails and great steaks and seafood.
