Two double woodford whiskeys for $72 seemed excessive. Our server was great and the food was delicious. There are higher end restaurants for the same money.

This was barely a 5 star rating because our steaks were served with no knives on the table, no waiter in site, and our food was cooling. That would automatically drop this elegant and expensive restaurant a star in my review. BUT, the food was so magnificent in taste, so perfectly presented, that I could not give less than 5 stars. Not only was the entree perfect, but the same attention to detail had been given to the vegetable and mashed potatoes. Hopefully a careless oversight by a server will not be a distraction to the magic coming out of the kitchen during my next visit.

the place has great vibes very low lighting perfect for date night. the service was great and staff was very friendly and nice. i was expecting way more out of the meal and that was the most disappointing part. just very average, nothing special, especially for the price.

We went to Chop Steakhouse for the restaurant week menu. The price was $55 per person, which is great. We started out with the Wagyu meatball followed by the filet mignon. They were absolutely delicious. For dessert I had the chocolate cake and my husband had the cheesecake. The cake was light and delicious chocolatey goodness. The cheesecake was also quite good. From walking in the door the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Chop Steakhouse!

We went for restaurant week and thoroughly enjoyed the food service and ambience. Our waitress was very attentive and Burnie is always very friendly and helpful. Every course we had was fantastic.
We celebrated a birthday during restaurant week and the price was reasonable. Our server was attentive, but forgot to refill water glasses throughout our meal. The food was delicious. Would dine there again.

We were going to go to wild horse pass steak house however after reading reviews we decided to not. We started looking for somewhere else to eat and landed on CHoP. Called for a reservation and got one fairly quickly. Showed up and was not sure what to expect as we had not been recommended CHoP or knew anyone who had been.
It was well worth the visit! The food was amazing, the service by far the best service we had had recently, the drinks were so good I crave them weeks later!
I had the salmon and my husband had the steak and mac and cheese. As someone who grew up on fresh Alaskan salmon it is hard to find amazingly cook salmon in the lower states however this was pretty close. Everything was perfectly cooked, and not over seasoned.
Can't wait for the next date night because we will be going back!
