-Early dinner for four, one of whom is gluten intolerant. We were all very pleased with our dining experience. Mixed drinks were very good. Thanks for the cadillac margarita! The bang-bang shrimp was tasty, and they trimmed the tail so you don't have to handle each shrimp. The french onion soup was great-with some French bread in the bowl. Also tried the gf wedge salad. Our entrees were salmon and prime rib, all cooked to perfection. Sides were generous enough to share. Shared creme brulee. We wish this was closer to us, but we'll be back.Dietary restrictions: GF

In town for business. The staff was very nice though a bit inattentive, brussel sprouts were lovely.$60 for a 6oz fillet, ordered rare and half of it was medium. Showed the server and that was that, nothing but an " I'll let them know". $60 for 3oz of fillet cooked to how it was ordered, the rest Not at all to my taste. Not a huge deal but for the cost considering it wasn't how I had ordered it, I don't imagine I'll be going back.

Had a night out with my wife and we had heard good things about this place so we decided to give it a try and all the food was excellent !!!! My wife had the prime rib which was one of the best she has had in a while and I had the Maui ribeye with a lobster tail. The ribeye was awesome and the lobster tail was cooked perfectly. Pair that with their Mac and cheese along with the creamed spinach which were excellent as well. The service was great as well !!! Couldn't ask for more we will be back for sure !!!

Waitress had an attitude because we didn't drink alcohol and only ordered burgers. Kind of snobby. The food was great, though.......

Was very disappointed. Granted haven't been here in over a year due to unforseen personal issues, but expected the standards to remain as they were in the past. First, we got there and they had set up a "high top" table which we DID NOT request. We requested "standard" seating on open table as we had a 92 year old with us and 3 shorter people who would be uncomfortable. When I told the hostess we would need a regular table, she went out of her way to let us know by her attitude that it was putting her out. Heaven forbid she do some work. It was 5pm on Sunday and barely anyone in the restaurant so not sure what her issue was. Second, they no longer do separate checks for large parties (we had 7 people and needed 3 separate checks). Sauteed mushrooms were so bland, unlike their old rich tasty sauce. When we asked about bread service, Liz responded very short and rudely. Service was great by Matthew. The hostess and Liz just ruined the experience for our table. Garlic mashed potatoes were so salty they were not edible. After our experience between the hostess and Liz we all decided not to even mention it and to just take this place off our list and will no longer recommend it to friends. Very unfortunate because we use to love this place.

We had a reservation, we were seated promptly, brought water promptly, Ordered after a request to get us drinks, (non of us drink) and a request for starters.. We ordered, nice young man took our order.. Our food was out in the proper amount of time, one of our dinners was very raw and she had asked for it to be medium well.. we waited and waited for a server to check back with us to see if everything was ok.. NEVER happened.. finally I fagged down a manager and he took 'her dinner back to cook it some more 10 to 15 minutes it came back out with apologies and the offer to get her a new potato but she declined.. What bothers me is we ate while she watched us and then we watched her eat.. after we were done.. I was hoping to get a refill of water, never happened no one even came back to see it the redo was ok.. This is not (in my opinion) good customer service.. especially when our bill hit 200.00 for 3 people..

First time at Chop, went here for Valentines Day 2024. Really upset on the service and food. Our reservation was at 7:30pm, seated us around 7:40pm. We were not attended until 8:20pm with our appetizer and our meals were brought out at 8:55pm. Our drinks were never refilled and by the time we received our food they were uncooked and no longer had available what we ordered. Many people who arrived after us were attended before us and unfortunately we weren’t able to try desert because they ran out and I was not able to have my full entree because they ran out of food. Very unfortunate that we had to pay our full meal price but did not receive what was expected. We were hardly acknowledged by a waiter and lasted there 2+ hours with terrible service. Many people who got sat down after us left before we even had our entrees served. Very disappointing!

Great service, very friendly servers and all back up staff worked together as a helpful team. Food is excellent but still a bit overpriced compared to the competition in this range. Definitely a special occasion restaurant.

Chop was amazing - second time there. Food, service, overall quality and value excellent. So much better than B&B, B&R. Steaks a mile above in quality than those other 2 as well. Prices better also. We will be back, and recommend to our friends and families.

I took my wife out on Friday as she had to work on Valentine's Day. This was our first time at Chop. The décor and ambiance was very nice. We both had a glass of house wine (pinot and chardonnay) and the selection was great. We had a bread plate on the table but no bread was brought. My wife had a good Caesar salad and I had the worst French onion soup I have ever had. Sweet rather than slightly salty, no depth of flavor from wine. Not much better than an onion soup mix. My steak was perfect; nice char and cooked perfect. My wife's prime rib was tasty, but had obviously been under a heat lamp. The baked potatoes were barely done (not fluffy) and, again, had been waiting under heat lamps. All in all it was almost as good as a bad night at Texas Roadhouse. A nice idea but amateur chefs. I'll try someplace else next time.

Love Chop, but not the loud music. The beauty of this restaurant is its dark, cozy, romantic vibe. The music ruins that. I am not going to a club. Food and service are always great. Best burgers around!
