I am writing this review due to a horrible experience that we had yesterday 7/19/25. My 6 year old wanted to have her birthday party @ Chuck E Cheese so bad so we reserved a table for her special day we arrived @ 530 our reserved time with all our guests. My wife & I went to the cashier to check in the lines are very unorganized & nobody had an idea which line to get in til sombody came out & separated clients into the proper lines. We ordered our 4 pizzas & 3 large orders of wings @ 550 & got our game cards & jump socks. We proceeded to wait for the pizza & wings for an hour & a half & nothing was every delivered to our table. I then found a host who was very nice & asked her what was going on with our pizza order & she told me that there was a big order of 16 pizzas & that there was only 1 oven working @ the moment & that they should be delivering the pizzas to the rest of the tables shortly. We arrived before that table also & were there before most of the other tables. We proceeded to wait yet another hour & still nothing was brought out I then went to the front desk & asked what the deal was with our food & expressed how frustrated we were becoming & were told that we could be there as long as we would like because there was no other parties coming in & that if we wanted we could extend our play time an additional 30 minutes which we just wanted our money back @ this point because we were very unhappy with the service. The manager did print out oue recipt & went back into the kitchen & she came back out & said the colks in the back kitchen had never recieved our order & she told them that we needed it out now in which we waited yet another 35 minutes for our food & when it was brought out the wing order was not even the right order or complete the wings were cold & the pizza was luke warm. So we waited 3 hours for food that wasnt even complete or hot. By the time the food arrived half of our guests had left so we had alot of leftovers which were not even worth saving this experience was not what we wanted for our daughters special day to celebrate with her family & friends so we spent 300 plus dollars for trash service & not good food. We will not be returning to Chuck E Cheese we were very disappointed because service used to be fantastic @ Chuck E Cheese.

Paid 100 for cold pizza.table buzzer never went off and Manager was ok serving cold pizza with a im sorry.not let me actually get u fresh pizza's and maybe some game credits but no just said he was really sorry.well so is u r facility. Multiple broken games,I will never go back sooooooo Disappointing

The only reason atmosphere is 3 stars is bc it's winter and it's soo hot in there. I asked one of the workers and he said they had the AC on. I hope he was lying to me...anyways the people working there are very nice. The pizza is delicious, surprisingly better than pizza hut i would say. Oh also no cotton candy machine yet so that's a bummer

Waited 1.5 hours and our food was still not ready. It also took 15 mins to get to the counter and they charged me for a party which they had to refund us and then ring up our proper bill. During our long wait the kids played games and about 10% of them didn’t work. After all this the manager didn’t want to refund us right away and we had to tell him we weren’t going to eat the food even if it was ready and had to insist on a refund. Stay far away from the cartoon rat infested place!
Attended a fundraiser for my children's school. The food was good. the service was good. The kids all seemed to have fun. However, there should be some kind of incentive for the employees to dress up as chuck e cheese because every time chuck came out, he very clearly didn't want to interact with the children and it was very short lived, with most of the children disappointed and sad that they were ignored. My kids didn't seem to notice, but there were many kids sad about it. Someone's child even called chuck an "A hole." Like I said, my kids didn't notice but when meeting chuck is part of the experience, you'd expect chuck to actually interact with kids.

We went on a Sunday evening, it was very busy until about 5pm. Staff was overloaded a bit but worked together well. I felt for them! Place was cleaned frequently and food was fresh. It had quite a few things out toddles (2-4yo) could do.
