Took my granddaughter, she's 4. She attended a birthday party there a few weeks ago and had talked about it ever since! We went early, at opening, and were the only ones there for a little while. Pick of the games, personal encounter with Chuck E, it was perfect. By the time party people started showing up, we were about done. Finished our Chuck E Cheese experience with a pizza, drink, churros and the pick of our prizes from the point store! I'm sure it's been 25+ years since I've had been in a Chuck E Cheese establishment. They've come a long way!

I'm going to have to update my review from last time. When we previously went the food was eh, beer was flat, soda machines were barely working, it was over $100 for 2 adults/2kids....place was dirty. You get where I'm going. Since that one visit my kids were begging to go back. We agreed to do a birthday party knowing with how the place was. Good news, they remodeled and cleaned it up! They had a lot of the same games and added an adventure zone (added cost; C E.C should really think about including this in the packages). Our hostest wasn't the greatest, utensils weren't brought out, some of the dipndots were missing, no knife to cut the cake, but she was very pleasant and appeared to be the only host helping with all the parties.
Summary. The new version the kids loved. The place really stepped up and it's now clean. We had zero complaints about the food, etc and overall the party was a success amongst the kiddos.
What makes this different than Peter piper? They actually have security at the front so your kid can't leave without being checked.
Would highly recommend and we probably will be returning to take advantage of their new deals.

Prices are already pricey. But to add 15 dollars to play on trampoline is ridiculous.
Went on a Wednesday night. It was not crowded and Chucky made two appearances while we were there. The pizza is okay and the grandkids had a blast in the adventure zone. I couldn't of asked for more.

2 birthday parties in 2 months. Ive hosted a Party in September and I attended one Nov 1st.. I have to say....the $300-$500 youre going to pay here. IS NOT WORTH IT on the weekend and maybe not even during the week if your host isnt a VIBE!!!!! To begine The HOST is all over the place. Everyone is rushed to get ALL parties to do the birthday song at the same time(I feel like this should be PERSONALIZED for the price we are paying). This time around....there was DOGS allowed. Not a service dog. A regular pet!!!!! With long hair, running all over the place, smelled like urine. After notifying the front desk that I had WHITE DOG hair in my food. No one did anything about it. The dog was allowed to roam freely inside🤦♀️🤦♀️

Staff was so engaging, especially the girls with Chuck E. Cheese and the ones behind the counter. The games are stocked, especially the ones I had growing up 25 years ago- super nostalgic. We came on. Saturday and it was staffed in a way no CEC in Michigan I’ve ever seen.

We went for a birthday party a few days ago. I personally haven't been to one in about 15 years. My son is grown. Lol. The 4 only reflects for the fact we didn't eat any of the food. However the kids and other adults had no complaints. The gentleman at the door asked the appropriate service dog questions. The atmosphere was very upbeat. The staff was exceptional at every area. The kids had a blast. Overall well done and thank you guys for a lovely party for my niece. Ps. For any other service teams. They do still have the mouse character. This was my guy's first time around stuff like that. Now that we know we'll do some desensitization prior to. Special thanks to whomever was in costume and allowed us to do some training. We didn't get a picture of the cuddles.
