Noone was at the counter to order, I had to go get someone. Expensive.The high chair was filthy again had to go get someone to clean it. The soda in 3 of the ones I tried were out. I just gave up after that. I won't be going back.

There are several games that don't work and most games only give you 2 tickets. The food is way over priced for what it is and it's not good. The employees were eating plates of food at the counter where you turn in your tickets. Chuckie comes out only for a couple of minutes then rushes off. Disappointing for sure

The place was pretty cool. There was a lot of games. I tried to check out for my prizes but the girl was hella rude and my mom had to yell at her because she threw the airheads at me. We tried to do the ticket blast but they lied that we couldn't do it service was pretty bad

We had our daughter’s birthday party here today and it was a 5 star experience the whole day. From the start Jalen and the team were so attentive to our needs. Everything that was included in the party we got. All the kids had a ton of fun. All the food was great and came out at the same time. Anytime we needed something Jalen was right there to help us out. Thanks again Jalen for making our daughter’s bday a very special day.

Everyone in the phone and they take more than one hour to give you the food and when you pay they taking to someone else on the phone they not pay attention never coming again here

Food is pretty okay, the Asian man who I believe works kitchen is super nice and pays attention to customers. The rest of the staff are soooo bad. Today we took our kids there for a quick trip. The workers were just standing at the front desk chatting away while everyone was fending for themselves basically. The attitude and tone of voice they all have are RUDE. Feel bad for those who had a birthday party today there because they DID NOT CARE. The owner or manager here really needs to check on their staff. They don’t care to be there, they don’t keep up with things and customers have to go to them and hope they will be nice enough to help. The group there today 2/24/24 at 10:30 AM , HORRIBLE.Also, games are broken. They haven’t been fixed, how do I know? Because I went here the past two weeks different days and it’s the same ones still down. I think if the person in charge does an employee sweep, and maintenance the games and function of the establishment this place can be enjoyable.

My kids love Chuck E. Cheese and are always pumped to go. This location is consistent in all areas that are important to me, specifically cleanliness.Not location specific, but I will say that I do miss the games spitting out physical tickets at Chuck E. Cheese. When I was a kid, part of the fun for me was receiving tickets and exchanging them for prizes. Hopefully the corporate decisions makers bring them back as it feels like part of the experience is lost. Just my two cents.All in all, good location, and a fun, rather inexpensive way to spend 30-60 minutes.
