Always double check your order before you leave as something is usually wrong or missing… add like 20 mins on your wait time for online orders… expect them to ignore you while you stand at the counter for up to 10 mins before they will acknowledge you & maybe help you after you’ve made eye contact with them a couple times… don’t expect them to help you if you say “excuse me” they’ll just continue to ignore you & keep their back turned to the counter … drive thru wait times can be extremely long… only reason I keep going to this location is it’s the closest one in the area… just depends on what you’re willing to put up with I guess

Has to be the most incompetent managerial group I’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. So I ordered through the Church’s app for the convenience of picking it up via the drive-through right? Nope! What did they do? They let me get in the drive-through so now I’m blocked to have a sign on the drive-through mic/speaker saying online orders must be picked up in the restaurant. Mind you I just sat here in a line 10 minutes trying to go around to get my order through the window to only be told, I need to come inside. Then I get inside. The food is sitting right on the counter. So explain to me how someone working in the drive-through simply can’t get the food which is 2 to 3 feet away from them or have a colleague pass it to them and pass through the window versus inconveniencing me to get out of the car and taking away the whole idea of ordering online for convenience. Horrible customer service!!!
Where is the management here? Waited 30 minutes just to get home & see that my entire order was wrong.

Currently at 28 min waiting for 3 tenders after I was told to pull around and park at the drive thru. Also my drink was not what I ordered. Good luck here lol.

Very excellent place good customer service well organized and very helpful everyone was polite and fast acting when.. I walked in and was greeted immediately and 5 mins later I was served. Outstanding service when it came to what I wanted.

Lunch, nobody waited on me so I left. I stood there a few minutes. Well he standing right in front me. Nothing walked away. Not welcoming. Didn't notice. Didn't get that far. Not impressed. Thinking I'm one and done. Have counter person acknowledge me. Nope. Hire people that care about their job.

I went to this location and I feel like I always have to double check my order cause they always mess up I ask for spicy and they gave me regular . I don't live near by that's why I get upset when they mess up my order .

Ordered pickup tonight. 16 piece with 3 sides for $41 + tax.
The chicken was better than KFC, Popeyes, or Canes (or anywhere else).
They had it ready the moment I walked in the door. Exactly when promised in the online ordering.
The service was courteous.
We considered Canes, BK, and Whataburger for dinner but knew we'd be disappointed and not get anywhere near the value.
