This Cinnabon is located in the Chandler mall, so there is plenty of parking. There is also plenty of areas & tables to enjoy your š sweet purchase once inside the mall. Just walking towards the cinnabon, you can smell the cinnamon. The store is very clean and employees are friendly and also helpful. We bought a 6 pack cinnabons as a birthday gift for our friend Stephanie, who enjoyed her treats tremendously. š A bit pricey but who isn't these days. Recommend if you like delicious gooy cinnamon rolls. š Yum. Yum.

Iām not sure if itās Cinnabon as a company or this location specifically, but regardless - we wonāt be back. Iāve only ever come to this particular location and almost the entire year they advertise half price packaged cinnamon rolls on Tuesdays but apparently that offer ceases in December, just because. Clearly they can afford to sell them at half price the other 48 weeks out of the year, just in December they choose to be difficult for the holiday season. I tried calling to confirm the offer before going to the mall during the holidays but the calls go straight to an automated message that says theyāre āunavailable.ā In the absence of anyone answering, I went tonight at 8pm on a Tuesday because I needed a holiday party item for tomorrow, there was no one in line, no reason for the phone not to be answered, and the cashier says ānope, we donāt do that in December, each box is $28.15.ā Jokes on you Cinnabon, Costco is just across the streetā¦$12.99 any day and they answer their phones.

Girl at the counter with glasses was gossiping with friends instead of helping customers. When her friends tried to step outta the way the worker said āitās fineā and kept gossiping instead of helping. Another employee had to say that she could take our order to be helped.

I went to cinnabon last night at mall and got a cinnabon for the morning. I just tried to eat it it was very dry. Very little icing and they didn't get me the extra icing that I paid for. I took a few bites and there was hair rolled up it my cinnabon. I tried to call them but the voice mail box is full. Not accepting new calls.

The latina female at the counter was very rude terrible customer service. She made it very obvious it was such a bother to make my order or answer any questions on the menu. Having staff like that is such a terrible representation of your store even if your not your own little restaurant having a food stand in the mall makes you apart of customer service every other store greets you with a smile and helps you to the best of their ability this place always has drama with teenagers or the staff makes customers prefer other stands or other restaurants in the mall id give them a zero if possible.

It's been so very long since I've had a Cinnabon! Today, I remembered why I missed them so very much. I drove 86 miles from Tonopah to pick up my daughter and then another 25 miles to the mall. We had a date to go to the Boxlunch store at the mall. Of course, I couldn't resist getting my fix of a cinnabon that was just outside the doors of the Boxlunch store. Eugene was the young man who waited on me, and I have to say the cheeriest soul I've come across in years. The cinnabon was baked perfect, but I love my extra frosting, which comes free with the 6pk I bought. That young man is a blessing to the owner of that Cinnabon. I pray he is compensated for all the love and joy he brings to the customers. Eugene is there Wednesday thru Sunday, so get yourself down there and stock up on your cinnabons and some Eugene happiness!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough spaces and the lovely people who park in them that don't have a placard or plate don't help the situation.
