The cinnabuns are delicious! Just like I remember. I had a craving a few weeks ago and that craving wasn’t satisfied so these really hit the spot. The only issue I had was sticker shock! They are so expensive so I see the splurge as a treat! This location is inside the Chandler mall. I parked outside the Barnes and Noble bookstore and walked through to the stand. Its located next to the escalator in the mall.

Always delicious. I got the Cinnabon with pecan and was very surprised that they did not add caramel as it usually comes with it. Didn't complain because less calories.

On Sunday, the mall opens at 11. How is it that Cinnabon opens at 10 when Cinnabon itself, is inside the mall?No big deal. I should have been more thorough and checked mall hours instead.A change in business hours on Google Maps has been submitted and awaiting approval, at the time of this review.

was at the Chandler Mall with a few friends. It was 5 minutes til closing. I went up to the Register and there was 2 girls there. One had glasses and i think light reddish hair. I went up and asked very kindly "really quick question". And she looked at me with the most disgusting look on her face and the most snobby attitude, and said "we do NOT give away free food." And from that moment, i felt very unwelcome, said "okay thanks" and walked away. The funny thing is i was simply going to ask if they were still open and selling cinnamon buns. But that interaction ruined my experience. And i will no longer be going to any cinnamon bon cooperations from this point forward, i feel very discriminated for the assumption she made towards me.

It's really not that great I would still prefer the Cinnamon rolls you get at the grocery store and make them at home, but their oreo drink and Cinnabon hot coffee is pretty good would recommend that!

Something smells weird, 99% the drain by the sink but workers kept denying it. Sometimes they put the Cinnabon a little sloppy in the box. Coffee is drink burnt and the raspberry lemonade is SO sour my brain is like a raisin. My Cinnabon is always either too hot or too cold, maybe it's not fresh. Also no milk alternatives.

The Cinnabons are delicious. There was a worker that had on a t shirt that was so inappropriate. I was shocked that they let her wear it to work. There were curse words on the young woman's t shirt.

This Cinnabons workers were horrific. Me and my friend live 45 minutes away. We love this Cinnabon due to the fact that it's in a mall and always has customers around. This worker tells my friend there are no more Cinnabons so we walked away. He said "there is none." This was in the afternoon. A correct response would be "wait 10-15 minutes we're working on it." So we went and shopped and came back. I ordered and I asked him "do you have the Cinnabons now" and he said "there right there lady" I waited at the opposite end of the place because that's what normally is done. And this worker goes on and yells at me. "HEY YOU". Maybe he was having a bad day but I do not tolerate this behavior. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Went inside to make my order and the staff said they don't "really open" until 11a as they start cooking at 10a. This was disappointing to say the least. As a business, if you open at 10a and it takes you an hour to prepare for customers, you should be there at 9a or earlier. ?♂️?♂️

Ordered and paid for 2 Iced Lemonades. They then told me they were out of ice and would make regular lemonades. Then they told me they were out of Lemonade. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

The employees at this location were very nice. I came here for my birthday cold brew with the email I received. For some reason the phone number and email didn't work but they still honored the email which was nice. The cinnamon cold brew was definitely tasty. I will be recommending this flavor to my friends and also telling them about the hard working employees at this location.

This Cinnabon closes whenever they want to close it. My husband and I were shopping and stopped 20 mins before closing and was turned away by two rude employees. Disrespectful.
