I used a $15 gift card. But my bill showed that only $5 was used on the card and I had to pay the rest. The card was sent to me by a friend of mine, and since the friend who sent it to me does not live in the United States, he could never use the card or give me the card he used. I tried to pay twice, and each time the receipt came out, the girl who helped me with the payment snatched it and threw the receipt into the trash can without even asking me. On the second attempt, she seemed annoyed and told me that she didn't know why it was only $5. When she got the failure receipt again, she snatched it up and threw it in the trash. Finally, when I paid the remaining amount and asked for a receipt, she sighed and handed it over. It was really rude. The name on the receipt was Victoria.

The staff was extremely rude. My wife and I ordered a large Lucky Charm ice cream with toppings. When mixing our toppings, they combined both of our ice creams, resulting in us receiving only half the amount we should have had mixed in. My wife mentioned it, and they became annoyed with her, making her feel like the bad guy. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that we just cut our losses. No one smiled, no one greeted us; they looked extremely annoyed by our existence.

Unfortunately, our today’s purchase of strawberry ice cream was not up to standard. We found a small iron particle in the ice cream, which is concerning and unacceptable for food products. This incident poses a potential health risk, and I believe it should be addressed immediately to ensure food safety for all customers.

There are very helpful to us

2 female employees are to blame for the 1 star rating! The first impression was that the employee scratching her head was visibly annoyed by customers entering. As well, it never occurred to her to go wash her hands. The other employee was a blonde who displayed an angry face straight away, while simultaneously exhibiting a RUDE attitude throughout the entire ordering process. She was so disgruntled that she was aggressively clanking our ice cream around, of which, she got one of our orders wrong. First and Last time at this location! It was our pleasure to leave a Zero Tip!!!!! A fellow customer held the door open for us on the way out and he told us to have a good night! His kindness was greatly appreciated! This occurred at the Stone Cold Creamery on Alma School Rd. in Chandler, AZ.

Found the staff to be rude. I went into get a cake because my sister just got engaged this morning. I was so excited. I told them what I wanted it to say & asked if they could make the "o" look like a diamond ring, I had a picture from online. I legit was just asking them to basically draw 2 diagonal lines with a flat top. They unapologetically refused, just brought down my excited/good mood. So unfriendly & unwilling to put in minimal effort.Update: I went to Brusters & they did the cake exactly how I wanted. They were incredibly friendly also. The 2 experiences were like night & day. If you need a cake for a special occasion don't waste your time at Coldstone, head down the street to Brusters for exceptional service.

I just wanted to thank Finn for outstanding service. We stopped to buy our favorite cheesecake ice cream with raspberry topping. This attentive, smiling young man made our day happier. I want every employee in this company to be as caring and considerate as he is. Thank you very much!

They are so rude! They couldn’t return a product i didn’t like.. so I had to buy a new one, they didn’t give me the back the ice cream I didn’t like. So I basically paid for 3 ice creams and only received two.. (I could have gave the my other to my brother if I had known they would trashed it for good sake I bought it) when she gave me the second ice cream she gave me a smaller cup then the first one. They she tried arguing with me say I was one who threw the ice cream away.. this place doesn’t even deserve a one star!

Yeah don't order from here. Literally awful service. Got Door dash and ordered the cake batter batter and they charged full price just to leave out the brownie and cookies. Instead of scamming people out of what they ordered, just cancel. Go to Handel's instead, at least they give you what you order, thanks for the vanilla ice cream I guess? Never ordering again.
