My wife and I had a customized mix of chocolate and vanilla with chocolate shavings and brownie—delicious combo! Portions were pretty good, and the location is convenient with parking at the mall. There’s seating inside, but it looks like the store itself is under renovation.

Make sure you are well hydrated before eating Coldstone ice cream. That will help alleviate some of the nausea and headache from the enormous amount of sugar in their product. I have never tasted icecream so disgustingly sweet.
Save yourself some time and money, and buy some Häagen-dazs or Ben and Jerry’s at the grocery store. Need a waffle cone? Lots of delicious recipes online for homemade ones that taste real and fresh.

Awesome ice cream and very authentic! Very nice employees. The service was great too, but only problem was that they forgot the hot fudge sauce and to add extra as well. Overall, still amazing ice cream!! Definitely the best ice cream chain as well when compared to Andy's, Dairy Queen, Sonic, and even Baskin Robbins : )

Fresh ingredients. Priced as expected. Came on an extremely busy night and seen only one Cold-stone employee working, the line was going out the door. He was working as quickly and efficiently as possible all the while holding a very positive and uplifting attitude. Didn't get the girls name but I'm sure she was on break and probably cut it short to tend to the crowd and help out. They both worked so well as a team and displayed amazing customer service. Thank you TAYLOR for a great cold stone experience.
As for my choice of ice cream, I got the Cheesecake Fantasy. Creamy cheesecake ice cream filled with crushed Graham crackers and frozen strawberries and blue berries. So darn good! My choice every time I go to cold Stone Creamery no matter what city or state I'm in.

I will never order a custom cake from this location. My daughter ordered a Mother’s Day cake for me and it was poorly decorated without a care. Also, the cake was taken out of the freezer the same time I picked it up, and the staff scrap whatever was on the top off and wrote ( without planning) Happy Mother’s Day. It was awful never again will we order from this location!!

Ice cream flavors are good however if you get a milk shake they use to much milk causing them to be watery and have no flavor

They have a chocolate almond milk option, which I got with oreos, peanut butter, and fruit. They mix the ice cream on a slab that they don’t fully clean in between orders, so expect cross-contamination. If you are allergic to dairy (or nuts, since sometimes toppings from previous orders get mixed in) then you should probably avoid this place. If you aren’t allergic and you aren’t a purist, this is a good spot to get ice cream.
