I got a giant dish of vanilla ice cream with peanut butter on top. They even got the ice cream type wrong. They didn't seem interested in fixing it. Can't believe I'm leaving a review for ice cream, but it was gross.

This location just can’t get it right , sent the same wrong item two days in a row , they MAKE you pick what kind of bowl and don’t send it . It’s good ice cream , just too much work. I have a better chance of winning the lottery before I can get what I order from this cold stone

Alright, so I hit up this Cold Stone Creamery, and let me tell you, it was a vibe. Two awesome guys, Nico and Maddox, were behind the counter, bringing all the energy. I told one of them to just whip up whatever he thought I’d like, and man, he nailed it. Cake batter ice cream mixed with golden Oreos and some other magic-honestly, I don’t even know what else was in there, but it was deliqui. That’s my word for next-level delicious. Place was cool, the employees were cool, and that ice cream? Straight-up spectacular.

Horrible cold stone location (ice cream, employees and manager dalton) I would not recommend coming here unless you wanna deal with young kids that have no work experience and rude a manager that really doesn’t seem like a manager and ice cream that is milky not thick or ice cream and over priced

Horrible service on Saturday night. Walked in about 20 mins before close and the girl with dark hair and glasses rolled her eyes when we walked in. Took a couple minutes before she greeted to help us, packed all the ice cream with no toppings that I had asked for. 2 out of 4 ice creams had no toppings because I didnt want to deal with her nasty attitude and constant eye rolling. When I asked for toppings to be added to one that she packed away she left out a good amount of ice cream and was huffing and puffing about doing it. About 7 people came in after so she still had to work it wasn’t like I rolled in 5 min before close. When I left it wasn’t even 10:45 yet. Someone should go over customer service with her. I wouldn’t be happy to be a manager or owner with an employee that doesn’t want customers. First and last time at this location.

I recently visited this Cold Stone outlet and was quite disappointed with the experience. The service was slow and not as friendly as I’ve experienced at other locations. They also charged extra for mix-ins, which have always been included in the price during my previous visits elsewhere. It seemed like there was new, less experienced staff at this outlet. On top of that, the nut mix was noticeably less generous compared to what I’ve enjoyed before. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the usual Cold Stone standard.

I want to love this location sooo badly as we LOVE cold stone and its right down the road but I swear they never get my order right. Ever. Why charge extra for additional toppings when they are NEVER added in? I frequently order delivery as we have 3 young children and most of the time pay the additional charge to add cookie dough to mine and its a shock when its actually included. Pretty much every single time they do not add it. It happened again tonight. Its so so frustrating.

I don't go back to restaurants that have fundamentally different ideas of what customer service means. This place is now in that category after the dark-haired girl working there on the night of March 5th tossed the bag with my to-go order onto the counter at me - after waiting 10 minutes no less - without so much as a word, not even indicating if the order was complete. Maybe it's just me but I think the custom is to hand bags to people and wish them a good day/night.
