This is sad and I absolutely love this establishment and crew!!! Today hit me a little hard… And even what I was willing to give more onto what I already paid for and waited over an hour for…. Do better with your staff is ALL I am going to say because if I said more it would be very saddening, it’s Easter Sunday too. Gosh, I’m pretty hurt. However I’m hoping there will be a better day….

Noisiest restaurant we have ever been to! We could not hear the waitress, she could not hear us and we could not hear each other over the noise. The food was good.

I was the presenter for a small private event and the food, wine and service were all outstanding! Gorgeous space, too. I'll be back!

I had the lunch special tacos with carne asada. It was a bit hard to see the meat... Two small 1/4x1/4 x 1 to 1-1/4 inch long strips at the bottom.. But very small. I think they were $20. Just seemed a bit frugal. Taste was great but again hard to detect the carne asada.

The customer service was exceptional. Everyone we encountered from the beginning of our evening until the end was highly attentive and took time to answer our questions. The appropriate portion sizes were just right. A pleasant surprise to have dinner for two around $100 that included two adult beverages as well as dessert with wine pairings. We will be back to sample other menu items.

We were seated at a booth in the bar and it was extremely noisy. Unfortunately, all restaurants seem to have the same problem. But overall, as always, the food and service were outstanding.

Been there several times and it's always been great. Our reservation last night was terrible. Had to wait 45 mins to be seated and took a very long time to get drinks and had to ask for the table bread. When our food did come, the steaks and vegetables were burnt to a crisp. They replaced the food but only after we brought it to the managers attention and there were no discounts for the terrible experience

Our experience from beginning to end was a disaster! 35 min wait after our reservation. Our burger was medium verses medium well . It took 30 minutes to remake our burger. Chickens enchilada soup had no chicken just broth . We were told they ran out and had to remake it . Keep having to ask for water . We were there 2.35 total . Longest dinner ever it was horrible

Went to Cooper's Hawk for dinner which was a very busy Saturday night. Our server Nicole was excellent and very attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was very behind so our meal(s) were slow in coming and overall, they have served better. We definitely will visit again but maybe not on a Saturday night.

I had the gnocchi carbonara. It was too salty for any other flavor to come through. The gnocchi was not very fluffy and was doughy. That being said, my friend likes the sandwich he had.

My filet was overcooked but the chef insisted it wasn't. Apparently he cut it open to show the waitress who brought it back out to me. Considering I had a perfect medium rare filet from another restaurant a few weeks earlier, I was not impressed.

We had a reservation at 7:00pm. We didn’t get seated until 7:24pm. In between that time we asked for an update. What is the point of making a reservation if it can’t be honored in a timely manner? If I had wanted a 7:15 or 7:30 reservation those were options. After being seated for over 5 minutes with no one coming to our table we had to flag someone down to ask for our server and water. We were told “we are busy tonight”, which I don’t consider an acceptable excuse. It’s busy season in AZ right now with Spring Training going on and it is a Saturday night. We didn’t even get water until 15 minutes after being seated. We ordered additional drinks also. At no point during the entire meal were we ever asked if we wanted water refills. We had to ask twice for more water. My husband found a water jug on a vacant table & filled our waters. The Server took the water jug from our table when she came back and then we had to ask her for more water AGAIN later on! We were also never asked if we wanted more bread. In the past we have been.We usually sit inside but this was our second time on the patio in the last 4 months with terrible service. We heard other people that were leaving being apologized to by staff so obviously service is a big problem for Cooper’s Hawk Chandler. We really like the food but the bad service diminishes the experience. Unfortunately we were also there to celebrate my son’s 14 birthday.
