Peter at the gas station was extremely helpful! He filled up my 5 gallon gas tank for me because I was having difficulty with it. He not only was so helpful, but so polite and friendly! Thank you so much for the great experience!!

Jamie the manager and Nick in merchandising went above and beyond for me today ! I needed some Mahi Mahi that had just come off the truck and even tho it was at the bottom back of the freezer they found a way to get it out for me! Thanks for saving my dinner plans!! You guys are great!! I love Costco

The self-checkout lines at Costco, and all stores, are d**** Imagine going to a car mechanic to get your car repaired and one mechanic stands around staring at ten people trying to fix their cars, then they try to help more than one person at a time. Cheapskates!

Costco Tire warranties are completely worthless! The manager at the Chandler Costco Tire fights you tooth and nail to not pay out anything on pro rated tire warranties. Even after Michelin says they would pay out. ( see email in pics) They charge you extra for for the Costco "road hazard warranty and Michelin gives you a warranty, but they don't want to pay out anything on a set of tires that are chunking apart. Take a look at the pictures. These tires are so loud on my TLX that I can't hear a phone call, but according to Costco tire management, that is only worth $27.00. Even though I only got 47,000 miles out of 60,000 mile tires. That manager loves his math skills, but it really equals you getting screwed on quality tires with BS warranties that they charge you double for! I don't expect free tires I just expect a little bit of credit for these tires fallen apart. Especially after buying a quality tire like Michelin from a quality company like Costco.

My husband is nearly 81 years old and has a medical exemption from wearing a mask (passes out). The mask nazis in this store are beyond rude. The governor has lifted the mask ban yet, the tone of voiced shouted, yes shouted, is beyond egregious. Time to give it up corporate America! If you can smell food with a mask on you are not protected.

The people here are amazing!! I am writing specifically about the staff that was on last night, & at the tire center, but really everyone in the store also. So we came in (at 831pm) rushing to get to the closest Costco to my husband's work, knowing we had no chance of being seen at closing, much less AFTER closing. We get to the counter and I think his name was Victor? heard our situation--our Michelin tire (from Costco) had blown on the infamous AZ fwys and we were driving on a donut-- we commute from Queen Creek to Phx for work and my husband had a late night at work, and we had to do it all over again in the morning--which is not ideal to drive on a donut with. We were cutting it close at 715p when we got him from Phx & were heading back home & to the east Valley Costco, but when we realized we weren't going to make it before closing, we ditched that location & decided to go to the Chandler location right off the 202. When we got there, to our surprise, they took us in & got our tire changed out within 20 minutes!! It was under warranty and they couldn't figure out what made the tire go flat because there were no visible punctures. The Costco team-- every single one of them-- from the people at the door letting us in & out, to the manager(s) on staff that night, were super accommodating and went above & beyond, even letting us buy a couple things after they had closed out the registers because we were stuck there waiting for what we thought was going to take a lot longer, but didn't. The manager opened up a register for us to buy some snacks while we waited with our 2 little kids. They ended it with an awesome drawing of our kids on skateboards on the receipt from one of the ladies at the door, and a genuine& effortless "No problem, it happens to everyone. We all have families" from another staff member. What a great company Costco is!! And this location & its staff is truly amazing! I'm not sure how the management is, but I know these kinds of attitudes usually trickle down from the top.

Please Costco take more attention about your employees, most of them are too rude. Cashiers the worst.

The Verizon cell phone resellers at the Costco located at 595 S. Galleria Way Chandler are crooked. We came in to switch from T Mobile to Verizon and get new phones. We saw the Do More plan for what showed a price of $45 per line. We said we want that plan for our two lines and the rep named Chris gladly began the process. I asked several times if we were getting that plan and he assured us that we were as he proceeded to process the order. Afterwards we received no contract except for a plan summary. When asked why the future bills were so much he stated that it took a billing cycle or two to have the plan take affect and we would be getting rebates. We got home and realized this was no the Do More plan as requested and when I called he hung up on me. My bill from Verizon is $146 per line and we learn that you must have 4 lines to get the $45 per line plan which was listed in small print on the sign. We should have been charged the $80 per line but this idiot set us up on the most expensive plan possible.

I feel like I've been coming to Costco for a long time and clearly, I have as everyone here recalls my children being babies and I knew them even before then!!! Despite living a little bit further from this location, it has always been my home Costco as I know what to expect as far as customer service, the organization of the store, and just overall experience... which has always been great Also for those who don't realize sales tax plays a big important part and if you look at all of your neighboring cities they all tend to vary so if you're buying some high-priced items keep in mind that you're paying a little bit more in tax. The city of Chandler has a pretty low tax rate compared to some of the other neighboring ones (not the cheapest though :-) Parking lot isn't so bad and I appreciate the wider than normal spots they have so no door dinging. We've also used this place for eyeglasses and the cost point is a lot more reasonable when comparing to other places. Especially if you got kids!! Return policy is exceptional for all Costco's and the staff here does a good job to try and move the line as quickly as possible.

Wow! Really Costco Chandler? You deleted my review because of your ridiculously rude staff??? I'll post it again. My senior aged parents came into your store. As they were leaving my mom was accosted by a very rude young girl over the fact that her face diaper slipped below her nose. Said rude employee ran over to her equally nasty manager and that manager also started TO YELL at my mom. My parents are in their 70s. A slipped mask is absolutely NO reason to allow your staff to accost patrons. Especially when many other patrons were shopping with masks under their chin. Delete my review again, I'll post it again. People need to know your staff is rude. I'll also be contacting your corporate offices since it seems many other people have had bad experiences with your staff!

My husband and I are regular shoppers, weekly shoppers of Costco. Two Costco's we come to is the one on Market Street in Gilbert and this store on Galleria Way. But, by far this one at Galleria Way has the worst customer service. The optical department with Jared who does not even remotely understand how to approach a customers situation only to make them feel like he is being bothered by them and turns business away cause he cannot help them. Good going Jared. Then today I called the bakery department and what a waste of time that was. My husband and I placed an order for a Chocolate Lattice cake for our daughters 10th birthday and when I come braved them to verify the order the lady on the phone could not confirm it. I gave her all the information she would need to help and still no help to find out about the cake order. If she lost the cake order then just say so. Admit to the problem but, no she did not admit to anything on her end not even to help me in any way to solve the problem. Customer service appears to be in extremely short supply at this Costco on Galleria Way in Chandler, Arizona!!! Doesn't matter that Covid is running rampant, that is not excuse for giving customers the run around or just not serving the customer the correct way. I don't expect anything out of these people. I work in retail and I am in the public with customers as well. I find these two individuals attitude inexcusable to say the least. Needless to say we will not ever ship at this Costco again now or in the forceable future!

Rarely can I award 5 stars but Costco at Galleria is very deserving! We shop 2x month sticking to budget. As you know it's easy to go north of budget very quickly. Customer service is in point. Examples: Warm, friendly welcome every time! Clean store! Victor is readily available with his brawn to load up heavy items Mike is readily available to load in your car. Selection of goods is richly diverse. All staff encounters are so positive.

Excellent Costco! My first time shopping there! I usually go to the one in Tempe! This one is great!!

Mobile phone service area has horrible service. The staff members need better training on product and promotions. I've waited for an hour then to be getting the run around. First, No Pre-Order available when the sign at the store says Pre Order. Came back a week later per staff, now the same guy said Pre Order is over. Running back & forth with the run around because incompetent staff. Please go to other Costco store instead of the one on Galleria Way (by Chandler Mall). This is not the normal standards from Costco. Bad service may be just from this store.

went to this costco and accidentally threw my receipt away and a blonde woman with a vest on literally chased me out of the building. i legitimately only had towels and toilet paper in the basket and got a hot dog and slice of pizza and didn't think anything of it when i walked out but she ran up to me and made me go all the way back inside for a receipt. i can't imagine that this is the normal protocol and it made me super uncomfortable and embarrassed me and made it seem like i was shoplifting. i will never return to this specific costco again.. especially if the receipt police will chase me out
