Excellent service. Our waitress Maddy was exceptional. Service was outstanding. She was energetic, attentive and very friendly. I had the chicken fajitas, while there was plenty of food I thought it was a bit bland tasting. My best friend had the street tacos, she raved over them. Pam had the tamales and said it was very good as well. The line margarita on the rocks was tasty as well.

100% authentic genuine Southern Cajun cooking. Worth a drive from wherever you are, post those fake voodoo themed New Orleans style restaurants. The fried chicken is the juiciest most flavorful I've had anywhere, and the Swamp Sauce that goes with it is incredible. My wife had the chicken Cajun etoufee and the depth of flavor was mind blowing. Portions are large, the staff are sorry friendly, and the decor is awesome. It's not a huge place, so call ahead if you're bringing a large party, and it's kind of tucked away in the corner of the strip mall, so keep that in mind when you go looking for it. Cannot recommend more highly.

This is the real deal!!! Coming from New Orleans, this is way better than pappadeauxs at half the price! It's worth the drive if you're further away. Gianni was our server and he's great.

Good portions, real creole/cajun food like my great aunt used to make. The swamp sauce is the real deal! Staff is great!

My friend and I both love Creole and Cajun cuisine, so it seemed natural that we would have to try Creole Cajun Bistro when we were in the area. We're SO glad we stopped. Although sunny outside, it was a bit too chilly and breezy to enjoy Creole Cajun's outdoor seating. We opted for a sunny seat by the window instead. It wasn't too busy around 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and we were hungry! Our server was very friendly and that that 'N'Oleans' welcoming attitude. We ordered the Zucchini Fries as a starter.

Good drinks, great music and amazing food! Tried the catfish nuggets, hush puppies, collard greens, corn fritters, and the shrimp+oyster po boy. Beignets for dessert. All fantastic! Bonnie was a great hostess

The Creole food here is really well done. Gumbo was spicy and delicious. Shrimp and grits was also very good. My toddler even ate new nuggets!

Tried gumbo for the first time and it was really good. I would come here again just wish that for a small place and having 3 servers it had better service. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and the server just brought our check after without verifying if we wanted anything else ? hopefully if we decide to come again we will have better service.

Let me preface by saying we came in an hour before closing. However, that does not excuse the beyond LOUD rap music containing explicit lyrics and derogatory content. keep in mind the restaurant had just two other patrons who were completely inebriated including a gentleman who looked like a chef and was part of the staff. so there was no reason not to make every effort to give us a great first experience. Instead, they continue to blare the loud music (I had to request three times two turn the music down) and dissapeared for 8 minutes after we said we need a minute to look at the menu. We were one second from leaving and the waiter finally took our order. the food came out and tasted delicious , and that's really the only good thing I can say about the entire experience. We will not go back , and even though we love supporting local, we would not recommend that you go.

I want to give this place a 1 star review simply based on the premise to keep it as a hidden gem! Get the jambalaya. It's out of the world! I have nothing else to say other than go here, you won't regret it...

A testament to the cajun gods. Divine beyond any preconceived standard for cajun fare you have. This is the place, folks, and get it while it's good. CCB throws down. Their bread is so perfectly crispy and flavorful. The jambalaya is gourmet and eccentric and just what the doctor ordered to sooth your aching soul. Their catfish fried louisiana special is hearty and could serve 6 people. The service was adequate, the decor isn't memorable, but by god this kitchen can cook it up. Large hd tv's at the bar. Come one come all; a wonderful contribution to Chandler.

Fantastic food, friendly staff! Upgraded my review to 5 Stars! I normally don't give out 5-stars, as there can always be something to improve. But, this place never disappoints! The Boudin Balls are - da bomb!!

This place is legit. We ordered the Cajun etouffee with andouille sausage and red beans and rice. Looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped by yesterday for a late lunch bite and was pleasantly surprised. Used to live in the area but never had the chance to try this place. Menu is filled cajun dishes. Tried the BBQ shrimp, Jambalaya and fried pickles. Overall, very good. The only complaint, the chicken was "tough" in the Jam, all other ingredients were spot on. Flavors were great. Service is very good. Sat at the bar and the lady was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back. For this place to survive for 4.5years in a less than ideal restaurant location says something. Well done Bistro, well done.
