I visited to purchase a special cookie - a pumpkin cookie, and a free chocolate chip cookie courtesy my phone service provider. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect, and the pumpkin cookie was more like a miniature cake - so decadent with cream cheese frosting. The frosting was a little on the salty side (salted caramel effect) but with coffee or milk it was perfect... I quartered mine because it was too rich for one sitting.

Edit post-management reply - I must clarify, if you add a tip automatically, you are saving me time and I actually like this for Crumbl. Adding it and then not giving it to the workers is where it becomes a problem. I really can't imagine a scenario where a worker who truly receives tips would tell a customer not to bother tipping because they don't receive them. I even questioned them because it was so unbelievable. The group of workers in this particular Crumbl work hard and there is never a long/awkward wait for your order like in some other stores. I will increase by one star and hope management in this store backs up their words with actions of passing on the tips to the team.
Cookies, cleanliness and service are great. Please respond ONLINE to clear up one thing. Staff informs me that management/owner (unsure which) keep all tips. They don't receive the tips. If you order on the app for curbside, they auto add a $2 tip which seems fair. Fair if the working staff get that tip. Would like to better understand this policy so I can make informed decision.
Great locations, friendly staff everytime I go! And the cookies are 10/10 everytime! I I’ve crumbl so much and love this location is only 5 min from my house! Quick easy and convenient! Thank you crumbl
