This store is so clean. The cashier is always so helpful and friendly, from opening the door when you leave to bringing the cart back in... they have so many thrifty flavors options and so many different options as far as the take home gallons of them too. A gallon of Thrify is $8. Alkaline water is $1.30 per gallon. Love this store.

I was in this morning and the girl working (Kimber) was so nice. While I was getting water she engaged with my son so I could fill the bottles in peace. I spilled a little water on the floor and asked if she had a mop I could use to clean up the mess and she refused to let me clean it. She said it was no big deal and she would clean it so I could load up the water in my car! The service was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in to fill up some water jugs for the office and I was impressed, the water tastes great, the price was well worth the quality of their RO system, as I was leaving the young man working there held the door open for me as I carried my water out. I will definitely be going back to refill my water jugs!!!

I've actually had enough of this place! Things were going really well for several weeks of me getting water while passing by from a weekly appt. Then last week the machines outside were broken, per a sign on the door, so I had to go inside. I only carried $1.50 in change with me to get the 5 gallon bottle filled. It was two mins until 9 on Weds, July 24. I know the girl was probably fed up with me coming in so late, but again, only for 2 quick 5 gallons. So I start filling and she tells me it's more expensive inside-$1.75! Huh?! Why? Never heard of this. So I told her I had $1 50 and asked what I could get for it. She told me I could get 3 1/2 gallons. You've got to be kidding me. She couldn't have just given me the machine price this one time since it was the stress fault it was broken? She was the least pleasant person Ive encountered lately and that says a lot, given the current state of customer servce. Anyway, I got 3 1/2 gallons and left. Tonight, July 31, I arrived at 9:05 pm. Sign was gone so I put in my money. Nothing. Not a drop of water. I see the two employees standing there so I tapped on the window, pointed at the machine, and said, "Is this not working?" The one looked me straight in my eyes, ignored me, and went to the back and hid and would not come out. I waited and waited and waited for several mins. They both finally came out, saw me still standing there, and would not leave the store. I'm not even mad at the lost money. I'm PISSED AND FURIOUS that these people did not even have the least amount of decency to even talk to me or refund my money or say anything at all to me. And before you assume my review is too harsh, please know that I built and ran this particular store and 2 others in Chandler for 10 years. I know customer service well and this is NOT it! It breaks my heart for what this place has become.
