Exceptional customer service the moment I walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by such a phenomenal human being, Nathaly. She was extremely welcoming and beyond patient as I looked through their great variety of Thrifty ice cream flavors. I enjoyed how welcoming the store is because they have tables for you to sit and enjoy their products (ice cream, chocolate, candies, and amazing alkaline water). I was also thrilled with the payment options they have available. I am glad to have found such a nice local water and ice store within the community.

Wow! The alkaline water tastes phenomenal and the service was great! The family owners are very helpful and informative. I’m so glad to have found this place because I was going broke buying bottled alkaline water from the store. I was also very unhappy with other sources I found and am gladly willing to drive 20 miles to get here! They also sell lottery tickets yet I feel like I already got the jackpot with their superb tasting water. I highly recommend it to everyone!!! Try it once and you’ll be hooked, I promise!!!

Water And Ice in Chandler is the BEST! The new owners are incredibly kind and friendly and the store is spotless! Not only do they have water, ice, and delicious Icecream....but now they have plushies! What could be better for a fun treat! We love it!
