We've been longtime fans of the owners' Quiches and Pies restaurant in Chandler, so we were excited to finally try Cuisine & Wine Bistro. We were greeted promptly and seated right away, though we were placed directly next to a table of six despite the restaurant not being very full, which surprised us a bit. I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, but it didn't appear to be acknowledged — not a big deal, just an observation. Service was a little slow...

The food was excellent, as always, and we truly appreciate the consistent quality of the cuisine. However, a few aspects of our recent visit were disappointing and could be easily improved. We were provided with menus that appeared dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. This could likely be remedied by printing new menus on cardstock in-house. Additionally, the wine list, presented in a loose-leaf binder, had pages that were coming loose. Despite having a reservation...

Fantastic as always! Shared the Beef Wellington for the first time. It was great! Don't know why it took us so long to try it, we have been regular customers for all nine years you have been open. We will be back again in mid-November with guests from Florida. We are looking forward to showing you off to them.
