It was my first visit to Culver’s, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service excellent—very kind and attentive.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, sauce, and pickles. The bun had amazing texture, and the chicken was crunchy outside yet juicy inside. My daughter had the Butterfly Shrimp Basket, which came with six large shrimp, fries, and lemon. The flavor was great, though the portion felt a bit big for an 8-year-old.
The atmosphere is calm, with soft music and dark blue décor that gives it a sober, cozy feel. A very nice detail was that they gave my daughter a complimentary ice cream—we really appreciated that. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

My husband and I frequent this Culver's because we've always had great food and service. Except for today, :( our fries were burnt/stale. We couldn't eat them . His dinner roll could be used as a weapon it was so hard and his fish was very much over cooked as well. We are very disappointed.

We ordered a concrete mixer and they messed up our order so we asked for them to remake it. The girl’s then were cursing and making fun of the fact we sent it back. They brought it out and they had made it wrong again so we asked for the right order again. The girl argued with me that they made it right the first time when they definitely did not make it right. Wasn’t looking to pick a fight but they kept mocking us behind the counter while we were literally standing right there. They then proceeded to mess up the order yet again so we gave up. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received

This is my second time going to this location and for the second time my burger was made incorrectly. I ask for plain.. they put everything they can on my burger. I’m tired of having to go back everytime I make an order in the drive thru. I will not be going back to this location.

Wow, this place was delicious! The double burger was big and well dressed, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. I would like crispier fries but they were still good. The ice cream flavor of the day was also amazing.
