This has always been one of my favorite vietnamese restaurant in the valley. However, I visited the restaurant today and that will no longer be the case which is very disappointing. I ordered my usual order (stired fried lemongrass chicken *ga xào ot xa te* and pho dac biet) and come to realized it is completely different than before because the owner of this place was change recently. Their lemongrass chicken was one of best, however now it is replaced with deep fried style chicken with lot of onion and bell pepper as filler and extra sauce with hardly any lemongrass flavor or chicken. It seems that this dish has pivot to be more of chinese inspired cuisine than vietnamese. When I asked the waitress she told me that the chef said it was the same seasoning but I share my feedback that it is not the same you can even see the old picture of the dish still on other google reviews. I would advise and suggest that the new owner and chef reconsider and put back the original lemongrass chicken recipe and not change what was good. As for the pho, the broth is not as flavorful as before and it is now more water down and not a lot of spices and missing that beef umami flavor.
To all usual frequent customers to this restaurant please make sure to double your usual order dish before ordering or coming back to this restaurant as you might become disappointed like my fiancé and I was tonight.
To the new owner, if you dont want to lose anymore loyal frequent customers, I would suggest to not change what is good on the menu and I do appreciate the new interior design and the atmosphere but the food does not live up to what it use to be.

Cyclo Vietnamese Cuisine lives up to its excellent reviews with a budget friendly, delicious and nutritious dinner. My daughter had the eggroll vermicelli bowl and she said it was one of the better ones she has had. I ordered the Vietnamese crepe, only found on some Vietnamese restaurants, and it was excellent. Probably the best I have had. It came with a lot of fresh vegetables and an absolute ton of Chinese basil. Oh, and the chef brought everyone in the restaurant fresh rice pudding, a very generous offer. The servers were very kind.

5/5 stars! I'm obsessed with the Pho at this place The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and herbs. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the beef slices are tender and generous. The service is also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff.
After a long flight, I was eager to enjoy my comfort food—especially Vietnamese pho—whenever I visit the USA. The pho here is as authentic as you can get outside Vietnam, although it comes at a significantly higher price. We ordered a bowl of seafood pho (since I don’t eat beef), two egg rolls, and three coffees for a total of $51 including tips, which might be standard in the USA but is considered pricey by Asian standards. Unfortunately, the pho was a bit too light for my taste, and the iced coffee was so sweet that I could barely manage more than two sips. The egg rolls were decent, but only two very small ones were served.

We love this place, but lately the service has been absolutely awful. The kid working is super nice, but he only comes to our table twice. Once to take our order (which takes 20 min) and once to bring the bill (which requires us to hunt him down). This issue has been consistent several times now. Part of the issue also is the lack of management. The owners (assume they’re the owners), will just watch as the chaos occurs and they never do anything to help the kid, so it’s not entirely his fault.
The food is great, we love it. But I’d like my water filled up at least while I’m sitting enjoying my meal. On top of that, while we love supporting small businesses their “new” menu has increased prices. $14.99 for pho?! Also each menu is very different in pricing, so all in all very misleading.
It’s been an unfortunate experience to say the least.

When arriving at the restaurant, I stood there for a few seconds not really sure if we seat ourselves or if they seat us. Someone pointed to a table and we sat down.
Someone came to take our order fairly quickly. We requested an extra large bowl and she either heard large or they did not serve large because we were served large. The ribs that were in the soup were fatty and did not have a great deal of meat and that was disappointing. The flavor of the soup was good though.
The restroom is a single restroom. It was clean and not a turn off. The restaurant was clean and organized.
Dietary restrictions: If you are on a restricted diet, this may not be the best place. I did not see anything that would be good for low carb.
Parking: There is a public parking lot and thought it's tighter than most, parking spaces were plenty.
