After a long flight, I was eager to enjoy my comfort food—especially Vietnamese pho—whenever I visit the USA. The pho here is as authentic as you can get outside Vietnam, although it comes at a significantly higher price. We love this place, but lately the service has been absolutely awful. The kid working is super nice, but he only comes to our table twice. Once to take our order (which takes 20 min) and once to bring the bill (which requires us to hunt him down). This issue has been consistent several times now. Part of the issue also is the lack of management. The owners (assume they’re the owners), will just watch as the chaos occurs and they never do anything to help the kid, so it’s not...
