Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered via DoorDash. Order was sealed in the bag. When I opened it, I had a half empty blizzard. Which means the people at the store either dropped it and try to cover up for it by just sticking in the bag, or somebody made a half full blizzard and decided that was acceptable to send off to a customer. When I tried to call the store all I get is a voicemail and no one actually answers or returned my call. which is a crap way to do business. So after multiple calls I finally did get somebody to answer and asked to speak to the manager. The person that answer said they were the manager, and I explained what they did And all he could say is well I guess we got busy. How does being busy mean you throw half a product in a bag and send it off to customers? Maybe the owners will read this and at least take a look at who they’re staff staffing as both employees and management because I just don’t think this person was even qualified to handle this call. It’s not really a big deal, but it just bothers me That someone at the store thought this was the right thing to do and the right way to respond to people when they called and complained. They didn’t seem to be the least bit interested except offering, excuses like they were busy. So I’ll give them one less customer to help them with being so busy. Disputed the charge with my credit card company

This was, without question, one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever encountered. A senior citizen and I waited more than fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the two employees behind the counter (11/01/25 - afternoon). They carried on as if we were invisible. When I finally inquired about my order, I was met with open disdain—a scoff, as though my request for basic service was an inconvenience.

The indifference and unprofessionalism displayed by these two employees were absolutely unacceptable. No customer—let alone an elderly patron—should ever be treated with such disregard. I strongly urge others to avoid this location entirely and visit a Dairy Queen where courtesy and competence still matter.

Denied me a water cup just because i am in a big group. Mind you im not a minor, showed ID and everything to evidence the fact that I should be allowed a water cup. Pulled out a whole screenshot printed paper to show me it’s not illegal to deny water cups in the state of Arizona. Keep in mind the group i was in did in fact purchase multiple items.

The blizzard that I ordered was their new summer blizzard, chocolate with cookie dough. The chocolate was way too sweet and hardly mixed and the cookie dough chips were few. I asked one of the service people about
My blizzard and they seem not to be interested at all. He looked at my blizzard, used my spoon and dug into the bottom of the blizzard to look for cookie dough. And handed it back to me. Not great customer service.

Definitely a last-minute option if you do not care about food quality or customer service

W stopped here on our way back home. My brother ordered an ice cream sandwich and the ice cream wasn't set. It was very messy and they didn't offer napkins.
