I didn't appreciate them, not mixing my slushy.They put the flavoring in, then the slushy part and then capped it with a lid so it had parts that were super tart
This franchise is terrible. I went to go order and this women who has a buzz cut blue-green hair was so rude!! I never had worst customer service in my life!!! I would never step foot in there again!
Very bad experience, wish the girl was more helpful. If you have a card or gift card I do not recommend. Machine reader does not work and the worker was clueless of how yo manually enter the card.

I went to Orange Julius for a water based strawberry banana smoothie and decided to try the dairy free gluten free chocolate dipped ice cream cone today. The smoothie was amazing, cold and delicious. The ice cream was way better than I expected. My server was very friendly and sweet. I will be coming back here.

Y’all only had one poor girl working with the line wrapping around the store. If you don’t have enough people to staff your store, don’t open. I hope she got paid double for how hard she was working. Shame on you. I can’t believe she didn’t just walk out.

There were 20 minutes left before closing and the boy who served told us that he could only sell us snow, as if he was too lazy to clean
This dairy queen sucks workers literally did not wanna deal with customers by there short words and attitude towards us couldn't give use information on what the extra protein they are adding and failed to mention that they didn't have any lids for the medium drink told after we were server the drink but with an attitude hire someone who wants to be there.
