I went to Orange Julius for a water based strawberry banana smoothie and decided to try the dairy free gluten free chocolate dipped ice cream cone today. The smoothie was amazing, cold and delicious. The ice cream was way better than I expected. My server was very friendly and sweet. I will be coming back here.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free and gluten free items here.

Y’all only had one poor girl working with the line wrapping around the store. If you don’t have enough people to staff your store, don’t open. I hope she got paid double for how hard she was working. Shame on you. I can’t believe she didn’t just walk out.

This dairy queen sucks workers literally did not wanna deal with customers by there short words and attitude towards us couldn't give use information on what the extra protein they are adding and failed to mention that they didn't have any lids for the medium drink told after we were server the drink but with an attitude hire someone who wants to be there.

Talia denied entry for my service dog. She didn't ask to see my papers or anything in which I had. She definitely needs more training but I guess that's why she's working in Dairy Queen

Employees were very uninterested in being there and making the treats. The smoothies we ordered did not taste like they usually do from other locations. The Triple Berry was okay. However, DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! Order the Banana Chill smoothie. Maybe it is better at other locations, however, the one I ordered from this location had a VERY SUBTLE hint of banana, mainly tasted like ground up ice and ice cream. Extremely disappointed. Will not visit this location again.

There was the sweetest young girl working one weekday afternoon. She was all alone and handling everything with the biggest smile. She got our order down perfectly. The place was really clean. We came back a couple days later.

Not very experienced people that are working on the weekends need more experienced people or manager the lead is not very experienced you tried his best but not experience
The manager at this location is amazing. She was the only person working today and was running the register, making orders, was doing it all amazingly fast, and with an upbeat attitude, can’t say enough good things about this location!

Recess take 5 blizzard was so good! I also appreciated that the only employee on shift would wash her hands after ringing in the order for each customer! I went around 3:30pm 12/8

Great place great ice cream. They are a bit understaffed so you more then likely have to wait a little bit. They do have a dining room but it consist of 3 tables that consist of 3 booths that one medium sized person on each side could sit in, or 3 family booths but 2 large people wouldn't fit comfortabley.. there are tables outside. Staff was great, red headed dude up front was awesome.

We walked in on July 16 at 5 PM 110° outside. Looking to have a refreshing ice cream and cool off in some air-conditioning. There were two young men working there every single table was disgusting and needed to be cleaned and the floors were the dirtiest of any fast food establishment I had seen. The bathrooms in the mall or cleaner than this restaurant. They had no customers and seem to be more interested in talking to each other then helping or cleaning up. when my husband stated “this place is disgusting I’m not eating here “the two of them just laughed and watched us walk out. As owners of a business ourselves we just feel like you should know that.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, my uncle and grandma ordered a soft-serve vanilla ice cream. The ice cream had no flavor tasted like ice and threw the ice cream away. $20 went down the drain.
