They don't appear to serve the full menu at this Mall location.
Im really happy with this locations turnaround. 2ish years ago their products were made shoddy and low quality, so i stopped coming here for some time. I currently notice new staff and far-improved products and service. Im impressed with the girls working here— its nice to be helped by friendly, hard working, and professional young women. Kind of a rarity to come across— i appreciate their great attitudes, ill be coming more often :)

I was craving ice cream so I had to stop here and it was definitely a good choice. The Cookie Dough Blizzard is great.
Everyone nice & kids Loved the Blizzards; they stole my Cheese Curds so apparently they are good too. Awesome treat!

Rude staff. Why is it difficult to find any kids brought up old school. They act very bratty and unprofessional. Is it just me or is this just the newer entitled generation. ? My ice cream was runny and could have been better. Other DQs do not have this problem
Workers had an attitude and weren’t showing any effort. Basically just gave me vanilla ice cream in a cup instead of a blizzard.
Yesterday (2/20/23) went to get my usual Blizzard from the Chandler Mall Dairy Queen. And as I waited for it to be made, I heard a rude, obnoxious, condescending voice come from the back. And out of nowhere comes this short, older, sloppy-in-appearance, Caucasian Man; disrespecting this young girl who always helps me out. In front of all the Customers. I specifically go to this location because the staff always give me top notch service from the entire staff. They're always so kind and helpful. But to see this Man chew them out in public, was so disrespectful, and for me, gut wrenching at the same time. Those kids deserve better, then to be belittled by someone the likes of this jackass. If he did that to me, I would make him better acquainted with his car. And then the Balcony of the building. Get rid of this guy, exponentially!
