Sat in drive through for almost 30 minutes after ordering. Nobody said a word to me as the employees closed down the restaurant. A complete and total lack of care or respect for the customer. Have the decency to at least communicate. Never again.

Stinky restaurant, stale food, bitter tasting food cooked in old reused oil and very slow service. Never going to any Dairy Queen again. Sorry guys.

Came here for lunch and was pleased with how quick service was provided. I did have to wait a little at the start though. Other than that, clean, food tasted great, and the people were nice.

Disappointing that at 11:35am they decided to clean the chocolate ice cream and customers aren’t allowed to get chocolate ice cream.
I think there would be a better time to clean the machine that would allow customers to receive a pretty significant menu option.

My wife ordered a birthday cake through their website and received a confirmation email with the scheduled pickup date and time. When she arrived, she was told she “shouldn’t have been able to place the order.” The issue was escalated to the manager, but unfortunately, they refused to honor the order unless she paid again—despite already receiving confirmation and being charged.

This is unacceptable. If your website accepts payments and sends confirmations, customers should be able to trust that their orders will be fulfilled. Fix your system or take accountability when mistakes happen—especially when real money and important occasions are involved.

I recommend avoiding this location and taking your business to one of the other nearby stores that respect their customers and follow through on confirmed orders.

We came in for their anniversary promotion, and the staff didn't know how it worked.

It ended up being worthless, since we had to make the order in the app and not in person.

We have always loved this location! Has the best employees! Tonight we went and had to wait for the girl to talk to 2 boys there. We waited 2 or 3 minutes before 1 of the boys said, oh, do you want to order? We ordered and they all continued their conversation. our order was delivered except for my husbands sundae. When we were finished eating, I interrupted the girl and 2 boys and told her she should really have the boys leave and concentrate on her job. She said” babe, I’m doing my job! I didn’t forget your sundae, I was just finishing talking to them and then was going to the restroom and then I was going to bring it” !!! She called me babe! I am 64 years old and she is maybe 17! She needs to go! That is not what we are used to at that location!

Hey my name big beta, I Had a very long day and we stopped by dominos to get some mighty good pizza. Then we were going to buy drinks from the place, but then a big scary man approached and said you can be here without buying something, it’s the companies protecal, and I was like I am thinking cut me some slack I was just running in the heat, and this man is like come lady and I was ok ok, so I go to the front and then he’s like u both need to get ryder something and I was like, what if weee sharing is that against the law, and he was like it’s just the policy l, and I was like people policy my bottom, and he was thank you for ordering with us, and I was ur welcome you need the money and I never be coming to this sick environment. Also I wanted to add after I order a lady came up to me and gave my slush and I said I’m sorry if don’t or order I took it off my order and she looked with a nasty look, only something you see in the horror movies, and then she went and took it away when she could have just gave it to my after I spent a whopping 12 on two small drinks that barley but my finger size, this ain’t a bar . I will never come back here terrible environment and the manager is terrible. #closeitdown close. This. Fart show.
