The server with the green hair and glasses was so nice and sweet(I think her name was Erin?). My blizzard was divine and the service was exceptional, Very coolio. My burger was scrumptious. I experienced a field of new flavors and sensations upon my blizzard.

This Dairy Queen is a solid place with good workers and good food. But I want to know, who the hell keeps telling them to put soda lids, over Blizzards!?

I shouldn't have to ask, every. Single. Damn time for the proper lids on Blizzards! I had to clean my car, every single time because of this issue. This is the 7th time after having to take my car to the cleaners!

QUIT USING SODA LIDS FOR ICE CREAM DAMNIT!

Sat in drive through for almost 30 minutes after ordering. Nobody said a word to me as the employees closed down the restaurant. A complete and total lack of care or respect for the customer. Have the decency to at least communicate. Never again.

Came here for lunch and was pleased with how quick service was provided. I did have to wait a little at the start though. Other than that, clean, food tasted great, and the people were nice.

Disappointing that at 11:35am they decided to clean the chocolate ice cream and customers aren’t allowed to get chocolate ice cream.
I think there would be a better time to clean the machine that would allow customers to receive a pretty significant menu option.

My wife ordered a birthday cake through their website and received a confirmation email with the scheduled pickup date and time. When she arrived, she was told she “shouldn’t have been able to place the order.” The issue was escalated to the manager, but unfortunately, they refused to honor the order unless she paid again—despite already receiving confirmation and being charged.

This is unacceptable. If your website accepts payments and sends confirmations, customers should be able to trust that their orders will be fulfilled. Fix your system or take accountability when mistakes happen—especially when real money and important occasions are involved.

I recommend avoiding this location and taking your business to one of the other nearby stores that respect their customers and follow through on confirmed orders.

We came in for their anniversary promotion, and the staff didn't know how it worked.

It ended up being worthless, since we had to make the order in the app and not in person.

We have always loved this location! Has the best employees! Tonight we went and had to wait for the girl to talk to 2 boys there. We waited 2 or 3 minutes before 1 of the boys said, oh, do you want to order? We ordered and they all continued their conversation. our order was delivered except for my husbands sundae. When we were finished eating, I interrupted the girl and 2 boys and told her she should really have the boys leave and concentrate on her job. She said” babe, I’m doing my job! I didn’t forget your sundae, I was just finishing talking to them and then was going to the restroom and then I was going to bring it” !!! She called me babe! I am 64 years old and she is maybe 17! She needs to go! That is not what we are used to at that location!
