Rewriting my review which was initially a 4 star but it really deserves a 2. My first experience and on have all been met with disappointment. From a drive thru that takes forever(more than 20 minutes each time and theyre just making chicken), to orders that are incorrect, to staff that shove the food at you through the window, and lastly to the food that seems to be more mediocre the busier they are. Ive tried to come 4 times since theyve opened, each one with new frustrations. Truth is, most of the people working here are under the age of 25 and dont give a damn about customer service or about doing better in life. Corporate reached out to me after my initial review to basically tell me that the long lines are a part of their “great” food and that their runny mayo sauce with fry seasoning isnt going anywhere. They offered me nothing for reviewing, not even points or a freebie but hey their staff doesn’t care either so why should they. They never ever have asked for my app to record my points the way Starbucks does. Another reason to go to Canes, they get more order right every time and they have management that cares. Mcdonalds even gives you free food for reviewing. Dont reach out to learn more about my negative to then tell me to suck it up and to do nothing to make it right. What happened to customer service and common courtesy?

Unique atmosphere. Love the graffiti on the walls. Food is amazing. Always hot and fresh. Love that I can pick my heat level(spice). Flavour is spot on and chicken is always juicy and hot out of the oven. The sliced pickles are welcomed. The cheese fries are the bomb and a must!! So delicious.

Tried Dave's for the first time last night, did not disappoint. The gal at the front was super helpful and offered me a drink because my pickup order wasn't ready yet. We made conversation and then she made sure to come find me when my food was ready. The food lives up to the hype, crispy juicy chicken and delicious sides. Will definitely be going back.

Food was great, customer service was also top of the game: Stephanie was very helpful and kind, she even gave us one free Slusher because my first Slusher came a bit late. Other than great food and customer service, the bathroom was also clean, dry, and spotless. Definitely worth to visit!

shout out to jamie! i love her so freaking much! shes super sweet, extremely pretty and she was super understanding! i had trouble figuring out what i want but she helped me out! her spice level talk was amazing, me being hella pregnant and wanting chicken made it so hard to figure out the spice i wanted, i ended up getting 2 medium #2's and not only was the food amazing, the spice was amazing aswell. im definitely going back and i hope this woman works with me again.

Hello, my names Alex and i went to Dave's this morning and i was met with a lovely lady, i think she said her name was Jamie/Jaime. not only was she super sweet, she was super patient as i didn't know what i wanted, not only that 7 of my friends went to that location to see if i was lying about her service. Dave's chicken is one of my favorite restaurants and i love to see Dave's has amazing staff. i would love to come back and have Jamie/Jaime take my order again. she is so phenomenal.

Nice atmosphere, and very clean establishment with a friendly staff. Sadly the food very very mid/bland with no flavor. Gave me stomach issues that persists.
My family and I went to Dave’s Hot Chicken on a Sunday, years after first trying the original location in Los Angeles. Right off the bat, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, which instantly made a great impression. The customer service was Outstanding. My brother accidentally threw something valuable in the trash, and the staff didn’t hesitate for a second they went to the back, sifted through the bags, and actually found it. Above and beyond is an understatement!
To top it off, we had the chance to meet Freddy. He personally came over, introduced himself, chatted with us about the history of Dave’s, and even offered to take a photo of our group. It was a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel personal and special.
The food? Still 🔥.
