EDIT: Tried to give them a 2nd chance and they had us sitting at the window for 30 minutes already paid but would not bring the food out. The workers seemed to be confused about something and looked out the window at cars lined up behind us. This is a complete mess of a location and the food is too expensive to not have even acceptable service which this definitely does not qualify as.
I've been following the building of this new location as its closeby to me. I've never had Dave's before so decided to check it out now that it's newly open. $41 for two #2 small meals and two soft drinks. Already not making a great impression as that is a lot more expensive than most fast food. Got home with our togo order and got the lovely surprise that though we ordered two of the exact same meal we only got 1 slider in the second order. Online said #2 should come with two sliders. So we paid over $40 for 3 sliders two fries and two soft drinks. We will not be going back.

This was my first time at Dave’s Hot chicken and it was a phenomenal experience carried by the excellent staff. In particular, the server named Quinn* who took my order who was a shining star amongst the endless void of bad customer service experiences that are all too common in this day and age. They addressed me by name and were patient, helpful, and enthusiastic. I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciated Quinn’s attitude and hospitality. Thanks again Quinn!

First time ordering, was craving a good chicken tender and I definitely find the right place. Seasoning to the chicken and batter was amazing they have all different levels of spice, French fries were seasoned well, and lastly the kale slaw was amazing! 🤩 I'll be back with my family as the prices for the food and portions are great as well.
