I never thought of coming in for a meal but happened to be in the area and let me tell you: be ready to have your favorite chain go to second place because you know mine did.

This was my first time at Dave’s Hot chicken and it was a phenomenal experience carried by the excellent staff. In particular, the server named Quinn* who took my order who was a shining star amongst the endless void of bad customer service experiences that are all too common in this day and age. They addressed me by name and were patient, helpful, and enthusiastic. I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciated Quinn’s attitude and hospitality. Thanks again Quinn!
