The macarons were technically excellent and served at the perfect temperature, where the shells didn’t crunch. Soft, slightly chewy inside without being sticky, and no hollow shells. Kudos! But. I have two gripes. 1) They are STINGY both in size and in filling amount. I expect macs to be expensive but these are the smallest I’ve ever seen at this price point. Went in with my daughter on a Sunday early-afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. The atmosphere was relaxing & friendly customer service, affordable and very delicious macarons. First time in there and I think I was expecting a whole counter of options, kind of like when you go to an ice cream shop, but even though the options were limited, they were interesting nonetheless. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM...the macarons are amazing. They have a variety of flavors and are so addicting. The service and staff were great. I went back a purchased 7 boxes before heading back home. I was they had a location in my area. This is definitely a place to visit if you're in AZ. MOST DEFINITELY:)
