Ordered nachos with extra guacamole. Specifically asked if it was on there and they said yes . When I finally opened the package when I got home, there was no guacamole, the meat was burned and everything was ice cold and I only live a couple minutes away from the location

Who is working. This is ridiculous. Waited in line 20 min than pulled up to the windows and saw this employee. Leaning over on their phone. I'm looking for work. If you need a employee with a good work ethic. I drove back and there was a line stacked up. I was finally able to order brown Guacamole. I know I should have went to chipotle.

I write this review as I’m waiting for my food at Filiberto’s. I came here at 11:22 and was told they were closing, when it says they are open until 12pm. I understand if it’s 10-15 min to close, but with 38 min to close it’s just simply bad customer service. I will never support this establishment ever again and I hope this keeps everyone else from ever going here an hour before close.

We enjoy coming to this location. Food is always great. Burritos could be wrapped a bit tighter so its not so messy but over all never had a bad experience at this location.

Completely messed up my order. I tried calling five times and no one would answer the phone. Order was at 9:50pm and was delivered via Grub Hub. The last time I called it went to a fax machine sound.
