Every time I go the drive through at this location it's unbearably slow. The latest time I went I had to repeat my order to them 3 separate time and still somehow wound up with only half my order and to top it all off the tortillas they used on the soft tacos were stale.

I’ve lived next to this del taco for years and the staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and they never forget items or sauce, no matter what time of the day it is.

Horrible service and food was without a doubt OLD! I’m literally eating rice as hard as rocks! And when served my food, the employee just told me “Here”. Never coming back here again that’s for sure

Got to this location 30 minutes before they closed and they were hiding in the kitchen and not placing any orders. Called and watched them stare at the phone instead of answering it. Do better guys

The music is AWFUL. if I wanted to hear about Jesus I would have gone to a church or Mormon temple for lunch. 🤢🤢🤢
The smells not great.. the bathrooms have no soap and when I asked an associate for hand sanitizer because there's no soap in the bathroom she said that there was none and that there wouldn't be any until Saturday. That's gross. I left.... but seriously, the manager can't go to the dollar store and buy some soap so the employees making food can wash their hands after using the bathroom???? For multiple days....? It's Thursday btw... soo.... @general management..

Usually this is a solid place, but the last two times I've gone there, my order has been screwed up and I didn't notice until after I left. This most recent time, I ordered a regular Cali Bacon burrito, got home, and bit into something stuffed with pico. It was the final straw on an already terrible day, so thanks for kicking me when I was down, Del Taco.
UPDATE: The ownership reached out to me, and refunded the cost of my meal by way of a voucher, so we decided to try again. They nailed it this time, order was completely correct, fries were fresh, and everything was fast. I didn't catch her name, but the girl running the drive thru was awesome as well, not only fast and polite, but explained each item as she handed it out to verify that everything was as-ordered.

Downloaded their app for two free tacos and ordered dinner for the rest of my family. Clicked the button and it said redeemed continued my order. Get to Del Taco for them to say that the two free tacos weren’t redeemed only saved to another screen or you have to scan. Manager decided she would not budge. Clearly the tacos were coming out of her own paycheck. Apparently, you have to jump through hoops to redeem an offer there. McDonald’s app is much better. Needless to say we left without the tacos. What a waste of time this app is and took too much work to get it to be accepted. Needless to say the service sucks at least I ordered $20 worth but two free tacos were just too much for them. Boooo
