Food is decent. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the quality of service I received from Griselda. I pulled up to the drive thru, I asked for time to pick my items, no answer. I got to the window, she only extended her arm out for my payment, no help, no thank you, only asked if I wanted sauce. I asked for mild. Gave me the receipt, again, no thank you. Then just handed me the food, no thank you again. I open the bag of food, no sauce. Not the first time I see the same behavior from the same employee.
People forget without a customer, a business fails. The food is not the best, I go for convenience more than anything.

We ordered and were told to park. 4-5 cars came and went through the drive through and the parked cars next to us received their food and left. Around half an hour later, I got out of the car to see what was taking so long. Only then did someone come out from behind the counter with a bag of food. The food was not hot and the bean and cheese burritos we got were some of the most messily thrown together burritos we've ever seen. The food was cold enough that the only way to eat it was microwaving, and the tortillas were soggy. All in all a waste of time and money. Service used to be better at this location.

Lmfao please someone change the business hours on google if ya'll goin to just keep closing earlier. I should not be able to place an online order for a location that closes at 1 am and then roll up at 12 am being told the fryers are off and the store is closed/ my order was never places. Got my money back, thankfully.

Nobody wants to work to earn their money anymore, seems like employees are putting minimal effort into their job. As a consumer you spend time and money and hope there will be a fair exchange in return. This is the 2nd time I get their chipotle chicken burrito on Saturday on my work lunch but the rice is as hard as raw. This only happens on saturday, I buy this burrito regularly and only there only seems to be an issue on Saturdays. Which to me its not fair. I expect a burrito I can at least chew.

The girl working on 1/24/25 at 8:30 PM at the drive through window was very rude and passive aggressive the entire time. When she gave us the food she said “HERE” with attitude and even forgot a portion of our order which we had to get off to retrieve.

Been going here for 15 years, incredible service and staff is always great. Never thought to write a review but after they gave me extra strawberries for my lemonade I decided I should!
I have ordered twice from this location on 2 separate occasions. Both times I asked and paid extra for Carne Asada for my Deluxe Nachos. Both times, got home to find what I paid for was not added. Either the employees are incompetent. Or management have not properly trained their employees. Seems based off previous reviews this location is notorious for getting orders wrong. At this point, my finger points to the Owner. After reading replies to reviews and no obvious change. It's a hard pass on this location. Do better!

Do not order from this Del Taco! I got my order through Uber Eats today and went half way into my sealed drink to find a bug inside my drink. Completely unsanitary!
