Nobody wants to work to earn their money anymore, seems like employees are putting minimal effort into their job. As a consumer you spend time and money and hope there will be a fair exchange in return. This is the 2nd time I get their chipotle chicken burrito on Saturday on my work lunch but the rice is as hard as raw. This only happens on saturday, I buy this burrito regularly and only there only seems to be an issue on Saturdays. Which to me its not fair. I expect a burrito I can at least chew.

The girl working on 1/24/25 at 8:30 PM at the drive through window was very rude and passive aggressive the entire time. When she gave us the food she said “HERE” with attitude and even forgot a portion of our order which we had to get off to retrieve.

Zero Fucks Given
I have ordered twice from this location on 2 separate occasions. Both times I asked and paid extra for Carne Asada for my Deluxe Nachos. Both times, got home to find what I paid for was not added. Either the employees are incompetent. Or management have not properly trained their employees. Seems based off previous reviews this location is notorious for getting orders wrong. At this point, my finger points to the Owner. After reading replies to reviews and no obvious change. It's a hard pass on this location. Do better!

Do not order from this Del Taco! I got my order through Uber Eats today and went half way into my sealed drink to find a bug inside my drink. Completely unsanitary!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Arrived at drive thru at 11:48 pm on friday 10/25/24. Approximatetly 10 minutes later the drive thru had moved forward by about 6 feet. 17 minutes later, the cars in the drive thru began to honk to get someones attention due to the lack of responsiveness thus far. I had to reverse out of the drive thru to let someone out. I re-entered shortly after, to be told that they were only serving orders for door dash. The lady was extremely rude, and did not even try to remedy the situation. It was extremely unprofessional to allow that much time to pass before even beginning to tell people they would not be served. I tried to call afterwards to speak with a manager, but there was no answer. An insane waste of time, and I will not be visiting this location again unless rectified.
