Place looked close food was horrible and they forgot part of my order had to go back and get it. Close the store it is terrible they don't want to work food was not cooked good....
Ordered through their website, noticed they didn’t have an option for side sauces so just selected the one to be on my meal and asked for extras on the side. Food was delivered quickly, but cold and without ANY of the sauces. Paid extra for a rib and got a bone with some gristle on it. No big deal mistakes happen. So I called to a) let the store know that their site isn’t letting you add sauces and b) ask for some sauce and maybe an extra side to be delivered. I would’ve paid the fee again. The manager or owner of this establishment (who didn’t want to share her name) decided to cut me off mid sentence to yell at me that she is a franchise and has no control over corporate. As someone who’s worked in similar fields, you have access through your franchiser portal. As I tried to explain this she continued to yell and shout at me repeating this, not stopping to hear the rest of what I had to say. I hung up and after a few moments called back to say if she had chosen to be more polite I would’ve ordered the stuff to go, but seeing this is how she treats new customers I will never shop here again. Letting their corporate team know and getting a refund because that was the most appalling service I have ever experienced. Do better. Mistakes and computer issues happen - treating people with dignity and respect is another. Don’t be surprised when your customer is rightfully upset after being screamed at for making a kind suggestion.
Yeah the new management clearly tanked this location. Ordered some wings, first one had a weird texture. Second one I saw the pink raw chicken, had me puking in their bathroom before I left.
I’ve been coming to this location for several years. Went in the other day. Half the dining room was torn apart. I ordered a combo. I was told the soda machine was broken! 😅
Based on other reviews I feel the owner removed it, maybe because you make more money on a can of soda than unlimited fountain drinks with an expensive “Big Yellow Cup”. The machine has been “broken” it seems for several months.
I got turkey, it was dry and not very flavorful. They gave us a tiny cup of sauce. I asked for more and was told would be an additional 75¢. The potatoes were good and hot!
The door was propped open and it was over 100° outside and the restaurant was getting hot!
We had to leave because I was getting attacked by flies. Lots of flies. Baby flies, which tells me they are procreating inside the restaurant. Gross!
Finally I tried you use the app when I ordered but they couldn’t/wouldn’t scan it. The manager/owner said “that’s a corporate thing”. So I guess that’s my problem? I can’t use the app in that store?
This is a clear case of a franchisee who is mismanaging this business. The quality and value is gone. I see no reason to ever return to this location
Corporate! I hope you’re watching and reading these reviews!
The store was run down and in a great deal of disrepair. The soda fountain had been in operative. We were told for a long time and every drink was charged for. The amount of sauce on the sandwich was approximately 2 tablespoons and to get any more was an up charge for each portion. Horrible service don’t come here.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This place is hot garbage
Staff great. Service quick. Food hot and back well to carry out
The gentleman working was so kind and the food was great! Me and the family will be back soon.
We placed a sizable order with Dickey’s BBQ Pit for a group event, expecting professionalism and punctuality. What we got was a complete mess.
First, they sent the order to the wrong location. Then, instead of handling it themselves, they passed it off to an Uber driver — who was also given the wrong delivery address. The result? Our food arrived over an hour late. Zero communication, zero accountability.
The food itself was fine. Not bad, but not worth the headache. If you're planning anything where timing matters — like a work lunch, family gathering, or event — do not rely on Dickey’s. Reliability is everything when it comes to food service, and they dropped the ball hard.
Won’t be ordering from them again.
Google said they’re open and when I got there the location has been closed for weeks or months apparently

Went in to visibly see roaches crawling over the food on the cold side ? potato salad, cold slaw, pickles, cheese etc . Called the health department just for her to tell me it’s been a on going problem. Why is this place still open if you’re going to get a side of roaches or roach eggs to go with the meal . Told the GM Josh & he tried to offer me a cookie to make the situation right ??? I won’t be going back ever .

I usually love this bbq place but WOW worst experience ever. The employee who was there for 8 days was more courteous than theguy running the place. Got drinks, no ice. Ordered the food, it was cold. No BBQ sauce where it shouldve been.Never had such a bad experience. Whoever is in charge here needs to train your employees. Definitely not worth the money I paid for the food. So much for treating my family to a nice meal.
