I’ve worked Nextdoor to Dickey’s for a few months, and I finally gave them a try today. The employees have always been incredibly nice when I’ve interacted with them, and now I can confirm that their service is excellent as well (especially the manager)! The brisket and mack and cheese were amazing! I will definitely be coming back often.

The food was cold, they served me finger size ribs or should I say burnt bones, no meat. Ended up going to the store hoping they would rectify the crappy food they sent me in my delivery. Gabriel the one cooking said that’s just how the ribs are coming out and there is nothing he can do about it. The phone number associated to the store is out of service. Couldn’t even give me a legit customer service number to contact. This is terrible customer service. I will NEVER eat here again and I would recommend everyone else stay away as well. After reading other reviews seems I am not the only one to experience this terrible company’s “food” and “service”. Do better!!!

Honestly the food quality seemed downhill at this location. The Mac and cheese was dry and not fresh same with the chili with hard stale pieces of meat. Dickies is normally so much better than this. I would not recommend this location unless you want to pay $15 for something that was old and just stuck in a microwave it's not worth it.

Letter I just sent to Dickey's corporate about this location: I've been to this location a few times in the 8 years since I moved to Chandler. I've been disappointed every time for many reasons. First, I have to say that the service has always been fine to excellent. The employees are great. BUT there are a lot of other misses. The dining room is almost always in a state of disarray. Something is being fix or is broken or there's stuff on a cart or boxes. The sides are frequently out regardless of the time we come into the store. I'm not talking about the baked potatoes. Those are almost always out at every location. Seriously, people love baked potatoes, make more!! For instance though, tonight, there was no okra, fries, baked potato casserole, mac and cheese, and probably others that I wasn't interested in. There was no offer of a drink and we were originally planning to dine in. Didn't matter, the soda machine was broken and from the reviews on Google, it's been broken for months. While we were there, a food delivery guy came in to pick up something and was told they were out of everything that was in the order. We got the brisket and it was pretty dry. I felt it was way too salty, even for smoked bbq. The bbq beans were good, but the green beans were soggy. I'm used to the green beans at Dickey's and these were over done. Other times, the meat has been dry and the sides have been out as well. Once, I went to the door to find it locked at 4:30pm on a Saturday. The management of this location is embarrassing and has been dropping the ball for years. We have visited many locations in both Arizona and California. None have been anywhere near as bad as this one and this one is consistently bad.

Just left there and it was terrible. My wife and I both ended up with cold food. Who wants cold BBQ? The only thing I had that was hot were the fries. Complete waste of money. Since you clearly don’t give a damn, why do you even bother staying open? Just shut down so people don’t waste their money going there.
