I was so disappointed. I will never order from this location in Gilbert again. I ordered online a day and a half in advance. They never bothered calling me even though they had my phone number to tell me there was a problem. Didn't find out until we arrived to pick up the order for a meat order for a group I was having over later that day. The order was not ready when I arrived on time. They didn't have everything I had ordered. I ordered brisket and while they did have that available, I ordered sliced brisket and I got a pile of shredded meat along with some of the meat cut in large chunks (not nicely sliced like in their photo). They had no traditional wings. And they had no apology. The taste of the food was good and I received positive comments from the group on the taste of the ribs and brisket and that is the reason that I still gave them 3 stars. It was the customer service that was lacking

Went in to visibly see roaches crawling over the food on the cold side ? potato salad, cold slaw, pickles, cheese etc . Called the health department just for her to tell me it’s been a on going problem. Why is this place still open if you’re going to get a side of roaches or roach eggs to go with the meal . Told the GM Josh & he tried to offer me a cookie to make the situation right ??? I won’t be going back ever .

I usually love this bbq place but WOW worst experience ever. The employee who was there for 8 days was more courteous than theguy running the place. Got drinks, no ice. Ordered the food, it was cold. No BBQ sauce where it shouldve been.Never had such a bad experience. Whoever is in charge here needs to train your employees. Definitely not worth the money I paid for the food. So much for treating my family to a nice meal.

What a disappointment. I went based on a free sandwich coupon, and I regret it. First, when I walked in, I was stared down by a stressed-out cook (possibly the manager) who audibly regretted opening the doors (apparently, I arrived at the same time as an onrush of customers). He repeated several times that it would be a while. He then had to ask an employee to come take people's orders. Needless to say, the wait was excessive. Next, there were multiple signs promoting their rewards app, which I decided to download as I waited in line. However, I had to ask for a receipt (so I could record the purchase in the app), and then the receipt didn't have a barcode (as the app noted it should) or list a correct receipt # to enter it manually. In the end, it doesn't matter--I deleted the app, as I won't be going back.At the soda fountain, the drinks were basically room temperature. I would have added ice to cool it down, but the ice dispenser wasn't working. All that resulted in my drink being fairly unpleasant.The tables I saw were pretty dirty. That seemed odd, as the restaurant should have been opened for less than an hour. It surprised me that couldn't keep the tables clean to that point. And these were the tables in the back, which I would assume would have less activity.When my food was finally brought out to me, it was delivered with a side of potato salad instead of the fries I had ordered. As one who hates potato salad, I asked if they were just out of fries. He said those would be right out. Maybe they were throwing in the potato salad on the house to make up for the wait. If so, I appreciate the gesture, but it also annoyed me, as I just had to throw it out. I didn't get the fries until I had already completely eaten my sandwich, which was also annoying. At least the fries were hot and fresh (maybe a little too hot). The pulled pork sandwich itself was rather poor. It tasted undercooked or just too fatty (maybe both). I would probably rate it as the worst pulled pork sandwich I've ever had.The one nice thing I will say is that most of the employees were very kind. The lady who took my order called me "Sweetie" several times, which may rub some people the wrong way, but I took as a Southern charm type of thing. The guy who brought out my food was very nice--a real cool guy. He was running back and forth, delivering food, apologizing to everyone for the wait, and, when asked for something, would respond with, "Coming right up! I got you." I feel bad writing such a negative review after those two tried so hard. Maybe it was just an off day for this location, but, overall, it was just a terrible experience. So, unfortunately, I have to say I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Seemed to have trouble with their cash register printing receipts for rewards points. Also could not take rewards points at the register / had to sit in store and order on the app.

I did not have the best experience. I placed an take-out order for a few things off the menu. Once we got home we realized the food was not fully cooked and the order was completely wrong. It was late, so by time we noticed our food was wrong the establishment was closed. A family of mines who also ordered food and order was incorrect went to notify them the next day and they ensured we would get a refund once the manager came in. Never received a call or refund to resolve issue.

There was only one guy behind the counter. People (including myself) were waiting 30+ minutes for their orders. Nice guy, but there was no way he should've been by himself. Management.... You set the poor guy up for failure.

Just ordered a 3 meat plate so they could send it to me with no BBQ sauce!!! I even ordered an additional flavor and received nothing. This is BBQ!?
