Domino's Pizza

Pizza was really good last night. Great price too.

Went in. Did not get delivery. Store was a little dirty, staff was not friendly

After placing my order for pick up I went in unaware they do not accept any bills lager than 50.00 ( it would have been nice if the employee who took my order and asked if I was paying with cash could have informed me) after discussing the matter with the manager he stated go to a bank or grocery store and get Chang, ok I can do that but I want a fresh pizza made . I was 10 minutes late finding the restaurant discussing matters with staff and manager another 10 minutes and 20 minutes to run out and break a 50.00 during rush hour.
That's 40 minutes the pizza would sit. He refused to make me a fresh pizza and guaranteed me it would still be hot and fresh after 40 minutes. So I went to little ceasers not only did they accept my 50
00 I wasn't met with sarcasm and attitude. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO FIND A NEW LINE OF WORK , A MANAGER HE IS NOT!!!!
WE WILL NEVER EAT DOMINOS AGAIN

Took too long. Tasted horrible and felt no effort by staff

Says closes at 1am got there at 12am and the employee looked at us getting out of our car and locked the doors while laughing

Order a pizza from menu, it was low on toppings,
there was HAIR cooked into the pizza. Disgusting!

About 2 weeks ago, order a sausage pizza with extra cheese and wings.
The pizza barely had any cheese on it let alone extra which I paid for and a few crumbs of sausage I'm 3/4 of the pizza.
Call the manager to complain (I normally don't however this has been an issue here for so long I've had enough) and Shane says he was the manager. He wanted me to bring the pizza back to exchange it (like I haven't been inconvenienced enough already) in which I replied I will send you a picture of this horrible looking pizza. He said don't worry about it, I will give you a credit under your phone number. When I go back for another Pizza in my credit, Shane cannot find my credit. I'm sorry but that's not my problem. He insisted I pay the full amount. I asked for his boss and he said he doesn't have a boss. I said okay, let me get the phone number for the district manager. He refused to give me his name or number.
If I treated my customers like this I would no longer be in business. If my employees ever talk to my customers like this I would fire them. I will be contacting the franchise and also Domino's pizza's headquarters.

Naomi was cool and fixed my order but the delivery driver thought I was playing games because my food tasted bad previous. Told me not to order anymore.

the pizza was terrible seriously.. like there was no garlic on my crust and it was just hard crust and drops of marinara sauce and pounds of cheese like do yall know how to make a pizza???? Never coming back here it was disgusting.

We ordered pizza and garlic bread and there was HAIR cooked into the pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Clearly sanitation is not cared about at this location.

I've ordered from here a lot and am always really happy with my order. One time the store messed up my order so I called in and they were extremely helpful. They remade my order and apologized. Mistakes happen so I really appreciated their willingness to correct their mistake
