I work at an escape room and whenever we have a big day we order from here and we always meet them outside and with out fail for some reason no matter who it is going to meet them we will always scream our drivers name and say hi while going up to them. They truly are the best for dealing with us

Disrespectful employee , they added bacon when we asked for no meat and it also said on the order too to add no meat . He said he didn’t care .

$6.99 for a Large 2-Topping pizza! Too good to be true right? Yes it was. All eight of my pizzas had very little cheese on it and you were lucky to get both toppings on each slice. It looked like toasted bread with some marinara sauce on it. It was embarrassing. Way to kill the brand!!

Updated: We finally got through a few hours later and they offered to remake the pizza for us. Still a hassle but at least they made it right.They were running a special for large 2-topping pizza. Picked it up and got home and realized they had forgotten one of the toppings. Tried to call the store but their phone was permanently busy like they had just taken it off the hook. Had hungry kids so just gave them what we received instead of taking the pizza and driving all of the way back, but not happy about it.

We ordered carryout, and somehow we messed up our order through the app and ended up with a topping we didn't want on one of our pizzas. Eugene, Wuhaib, John and Michael were so understanding and allowed us to get the pizza remade. They were so friendly and we are so grateful for how amazing their service was! Thank you gentlemen! We will be back for sure ?

My order didn't go through online and said to call the store, between my closer location and the next one 5 miles away, neither employee could find my address, unbelievable, they both kept telling me to call the other store. Well after 4 attempts 2 hours later I got pizza for my group home friends. I never struggled so much to buy pizza. In the end, the $19.99 deal was not free delivery, and ended up paying $28.99 when I could easily just walk to the location on Ray. The delivery man was so rude expecting me to tip. 0% recommended.

(updated because we never got our refund despite calling over the last few weeks). very sad service..SHOCKED!! I went in to pick up my husband's order tonight and witnessed an elderly employee screaming at a younger woman (employee) and yelling race related slurs, another employee tried to help the young woman calm everything down but the elderly employee yelled more derogatory terms and slurs at the young man that simply I cannot repeat.I left without our order and will not return, instead calling for a refund. Sadly, this was a regular pizza night spot for us. I feel sorry for those people who were trying to resolve what ever was going on, again the language from the elderly woman was atrocious and my family and I will go somewhere else from now on because of it.
