We found Basil and his family completely by accident while visiting from Tucson. We were looking for a wine-specific liquor store, but google said there were none. While leaving the parking lot from a different store, we saw Down Time while we were on our way out. If you are looking for an expensive, bougie wine bar with overpriced charcuterie, this is not the place for you. A basic room, with highly quaffable wines is what you will find here. The flight is a great value and an even better experience to try these unique wines. Try the inexpensive and tasty snacks too. Basil and Coleen are wonderful hosts. Fun and worth it!l
Coleen and Basil were so friendly and personable. First time I have been here and I love this place. Fun, quaint, and they make all their wines in house. Excellent value for the price. Can’t say enough wonderful things. I am coming back for sure.
