I went inside the store. The worker walked pass twice looked at us and did not acknowledge us at all. After waiting we decided to leave we noticed there was only one car in the drive thru lane. Service sucks i understand being short staffed and over worked but it takes 5 seconds to say goodmorning we will be right with you.

We've waited for over 30 minutes. Pickup orders going off the hook. Place is trashed and clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Worker yelled at us when we asked where the other part of our order was.
Wife and I purchased 2 Pike's via drive thur and arrived home in Sun Lakes and coffee was cold. Very pissed

I'm glad they sold single donut bites, so my toddler didnt need to get a whole donut. The interaction i had with the man behind the counter left such a bad taste in my mouth. As I was paying, he asked if I had a dog. I said no, but I am very active in cat rescue and TNR. He kind of gave me a gross look then I explained to him what TNR was and he just walked away in disgust. Idk if he hated cats or just realized he pooed his pants but it was uncomfortable for both of us lol I definitely doooon't want to see him again.
