Terrible customer service. The guy with the dreads was very rude, acted like he was annoyed to be there. Inconsistent, this site has made the same drink different each time. Very disappointing to spend more than $7 for a coffee that is all ice and milky. Do not recommend this location.

Well, this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts . The customer service is absolutely horrible.. the kid serving was chewing gum with his mouth wide open… gross! The place was empty with 3 workers inside acting annoyed that they actually have to work. I hope the owner reads this review and gives his employees proper training..I will not be returning to this location. And the donuts were super dry.. the kid with dreads has the worst customer service I have experienced.. stay away from this location!!

There's nothing quite like going through the drive through, the person is very friendly and upbeat. But as soon as they actually see your face they completely change their attitude and give you a weird death-glare. As far as I can tell she was just rude to be in the tail-end because of how I look? Coffee and food was good though. :)
I got assorted box and asked for more of one kind if they had extra, the staff is more than friendly and made my daughter’s day with 2 pink donuts. Thanks gemini.

I've never been a fan of Dunkin based off other locations but this one is incredible! Very quick service even if the line is long but what really keeps us coming to this one is the employees. Every single one I have encountered has been so amazing. I wish I got his name but there is one we see regularly, almost every week now, that just literally makes mine and my kids day special. His happiness and energy is contagious! Last time we went there and he wasn't there, my son said his day was ruined because the worker wasn't there lol Next time I will get his name because an employee like that deserves recognition and a raise!!
