Christy had a major attitude taking our order. Her tone of voice sounded as if she hates her job. I asked for a frozen coffee with cream and she says “but it’s made with milk!”. And??? I don’t want milk, I want cream. And when we asked her to make a frozen matcha drink she said she couldn’t do it. Then when we got to the window, we asked her employee (Sally) why they can’t make the matcha frozen like on the menu and Christy YELLED and said “I SAID NO IM NOT DOING IT!” She was so rude, unprofessional and tacky not just to me but also her fellow workers. I couldn’t believe she screamed at Sally like that. She needs to be fired because this isn’t the job for her. I attached a picture of Christy (circled) in the background. Sally is the only reason I didnt ask for a refund.

Food was fairly flavorless. I was asked to park and they would bring my food out to me. I parked and waited a long time. A staff member finally brought out the food, but complained that I wasn't in the right spot. There was no marked spot and no one told me where to park, I explained that this was my first time to their restaurant. The staff were unpleasant and rude, is it so hard to just be kind? I won't be planning a return visit. ?

Very unpleasant experience, order was taken wrong. Double charged and quoted wrong price. Woman working the drive-thru couldn't understand or speak English very well so very difficult to work with. But the breakfast sandwich was outstanding.

I think a lot of us are trying to find alternative coffee shops to Starbucks in the recent months. This Dunkin is on my commute to work so I decided to give it a try. I have been to this specific location three times now, and have had a poor experience/interaction with the SAME employee. The first two times I brushed it off however with it now being the third time I am leaving a review. In this most recent visit I ordered a large matcha with oat milk two pumps of chai two pumps of brown sugar in the drive though. The cashier was pleasant no issues. I drive off with my drink and it’s coffe not matcha. So I drive back go inside to get it fixed. No biggie mistakes happen. The first two ladies were super apologetic and said they would get it fixed right away. The front cashier went to grab employee who made the drink, which was Jeff. And Jeff appeared aggressively around the corner to inform me that I wasn’t going to be able to taste the chai or brown sugar in my drink and that he made it correctly and if he makes it again, it’s gonna taste the same. When he finally gave me me an opportunity to inform him that it wasn’t the flavors that were incorrect, but that I had coffee instead of Matcha.Jeff then let me know that it is Matcha and he made it correctly. So I informed him that my drink was brown not green. He snatched the cup remade the drink with now regular milk (not oat) slammed it on the counter and walked away. I could and should have asked for a refund, however I took the drink disposed of it when I left and went on my way.Unless Dunkin is taking money out of their employees paychecks when they have to fix a correction, I am not sure what would justify getting THIS upset over human error. Everyone makes mistakes not a big deal. I didn’t come inside irate or yelling. I didn’t demand to speak to a manager. I simply wanted what I ordered. Jeff could have simply asked what was wrong with the drink took a look at it and seen that it was indeed brown, apologized and corrected the error.Three different occasions this employee has been short, dismissive, and rude.I own a business up the street and deal with clients face to face daily. We all have bad days I understand that. However Jeff, just like I tell my employees, you need to leave that at the door. People don’t want to start their mornings CONSISTENTLY with your funky attitude.

Order was wrong.. given iced when asked for hot. We had to get the boys attention just to get the rest of our order. Hash browns were disappointing and soggy.

The staff is very nice, the down side of this locating as many other ones is the making of my favorite ice coffee with skim milk and caramel, 75% of the time is offin flavor, I'm not sure if it is because of how the new the coffee or what, and also they close at 2pm sure to under staff and that's when the happy hour starts.

Being that my local dunkin' donuts is always out of donuts, regardless of what time of day, it is, mostly in the morning prior to 9:00 a.m., I decided to drive a little further to this location. Before I did, I call the head and ask them what varieties and quantities they had of donuts. How is giving the information over the phone, and showed up to that location? 8 minutes later, to which there was maybe a third of what was told to me. I'm just going to be shopping at other local donut shops moving forward and bypassing these corporate chains.
