Its drive through only but the menu does not show what donuts they have. Lady said just tell me a flavor and I tell you if we have it. Very nice lady but I choose to just drive up to bosa donuts instead.
Ordered a hot coffee and a hot chocolate. Coffee is as bitter as me and my hot chocolate was colored water..

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. Every time i order food, the food is cold. Customer service is rude. I ordered plain bagel mini bites and got everything mini bites. I ordered a seasoned bacon wake up wrap and got a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap. The drinks I order are always never filled to the top. The manager takes her frustration out on customers. Please don’t waste your time coming here.

I’m still sitting in the parking lot. I went through the drive through and was told to park and they would bring it out to me. 20 minutes later I still haven’t got my coffee.

We had to repeat the order 3 times at the order board and then between the 2 people at the windows we had to repeat it Again 3 times. They got the coffee wrong still and the lid wasn't secured so it was spilled on the lap of the driver.

The cookie butter latte is my favorite drink to get here. This is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve been to and my go to. Crazy to see the old reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The guy running the drive thru was way more interested in up selling stuff then actually taking my order, he punched a coffee in wrong and kept interrupting me instead of letting me finish ordering.

I echo the many negative reviews here about the professionalism and customer service of this Dunkin location. After I went to the trouble of completing their visit feedback survey, on my next visit, the store was sold out of my preferred donut (which should be a staple), and even though the employee scanned my promotional QR code for completing the survey, he still charged me the full amount -- which I didn't realize until I returned home and checked my credit card statement, because he never offered me a receipt. I sent Dunkin corporate HQ a message to complain, and while they initially responded to say they had asked the store manager to reach out and to contact them again if I didn't hear back in 2 days, neither the store manager nor the corporate customer service team ever responded to me again. It's now been 2 weeks. I'm highly disappointed in how I was treated as a customer both by the store team and by the corporate team.

Horrible Dunking Doughnuts. I’ve been five times in the last two weeks and every single time they told me they were sold out of strawberry sprinkled doughnuts, I asked the manager how can that be and his answer was that he only has enough of a budget to order one dozen every day. You would think if you’re selling out every single day of a certain product that you would order less of something and more of the product you sell out of, very frustrating. I’ll just stick going to Bosa. I hope someone higher up sees this review and addresses it.

After reading back my order at the window, I let them know that they missed one doughnut. They add the doughnut to the total and then promptly forget to put the donut in the bag. I get home and I realized I’m one kid’s donut short. made multiple calls to the location and they have no Intention to pick up the phone. Can’t even get a rain check They also didn’t bother to give me a receipt. How annoying. Location is not extremely busy and there’s no reason not to pick up the phone and let it ring for 15 minutes.
